A How do different religions address the idea of new spiritual leaders emerging when old teachings are forgotten or misapplied?

GREAT, GREAT question!! THANK you for being awake to cosmic awareness!!

See, the First Source and Center, creator of ALL creation, whom I call God, has always spoken TO and THROUGH his beloved children…to each and everyone who has ears to hear. And many of these people(mostly men) started religions because their experience was SO profoundly sublime and REAL they wanted to share it with others! Hence, a new religion riddled with rules, dogma, doctrine for the adherents to follow if they wanted to be accepted in the “Club”.

See how divisive/segretative this is?

The thing is that these very real spiritual experiences were meant for ONE person only…the receiver of such a sublime event. The Creator desires a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP/FRIENDSHIP with each of his created beings/children. Wouldn't ANY earth parent?! But these organized and later institutionalized groups sifted out those who wanted to “play” with them, those who didn't/don't. Thus, if we look at all the tenets of belief of each of the 1000s of religions in the world, and if everyone who is NOT a part of those religions is doomed to a place of eternal torture(and the extra “good news” is there IS none!…then EVERYONE is doomed! Right?!? 

Now, there was only one such spiritual teacher, who lived 2000 years ago, and was the ONLY one who raised a man who had been dead for 4 days from the tomb, and that man was Jesus of Nazareth. Now THAT is someone to look at twice, I would say. I am following his religion!
 

His religion was NOT Christianity, as that came into existence DECADES after his return to his rightful place on high, and which was created by well-meaning, but misguided followers as they did not follow his original and true message, not even his apostles followed his message after his resurrection and before he took final leave of them(!!!).

And that message was and still is(!):
The Fatherhood / Parenthood of God and the brotherhood /siblinghood of humanity….embraced by the FACT of his Love for us, and the TRUTH of his mercy for each and everyone of us who have accepted his gift of Faith in him, so that we are each the faithchild in this same God of LOVE.

And the religion of Jesus is, in reality, a private and personal one…to do your own “paddling” up the waters of adversity along with all the Spirit Helpers you, and each of us have been given even to those who could care less(!!!), who are waiting to be asked for help. And this help is not in the form of a voice in our head(although it might be!), but in their cues/thoughts that pop into your mind to go here or go there, speak to this one or that one, or do this or do that…good things, may and do happen if it is in your spiritual welfare!
You are correct in asking your question, as it indicates that you are AWAKE to Universe and cosmic truths! You, go !
