Question on Midwayers, Ghosts, Paranormal Activity?
I do believe that paranormal events occur, even seeing what seems to be persons ("ghosts"). The U.B. don't say much about that, except that spiritism is "scam" (my word).
Yet the U.B. says that we could see the midwayers if we had a different eyesight, i.e. ultraviolet. The U.B. also says that they choose to be seen; which could explain the "ghosts".
My point: is there anything in the Urantia Book that could help explain what we call paranormal activity? Perhaps there's some scientific explanation.

This is a great question, as it is in the minds of many people, doesn't matter on which continent they live. First, yes, we do know as Jesus said - if we were able to "see" (be advanced enough spiritually), we could behold the angels coming and going all around us. But we can't, MOST of us anyway. Midwayers have the ability to manipulate the physical realm, but we do not necessarily see them, except what is being manipulated. This has happened to Paul as it was required to save his life. My question back is: for what purpose do we need to believe in or be able to see ghosts? We either choose to believe in what we cannot see, and we are called Agondonters because of it(we who believe without seeing), like our Universe Parents, our Heavenly Father and our mind indwelling Thought Adjuster...that's A LOT of believing in the invisible! And that is what FAITH is for...just keep believing we are SURROUNDED by our celestial brethren who are at the ready to assist should we ask! Our challenge is to take quiet time to discern possible answers back, that do NOT come from our own mortal desires. Does this helping any way?
