We are actively engaged in advancing the teachings of The Urantia Book in Uganda through both spiritual outreach and practical service. Our work includes teaching permaculture at Nakivale Refugee Settlement, where refugees were empowered to establish small household gardens to improve food security and self-reliance, alongside humanitarian support and distribution of basic necessities.
Spiritually, we have played a key role in strengthening the Urantia movement in Uganda. We closely supported Pato Banton and Antoinette during their spiritual journey and mission of spreading the Urantia teachings across the country. In addition, we continue to engage in charity work, assisting vulnerable individuals and communities whenever possible.
All this work is carried out under Beacons of Hope Spiritual Urantia Fellowship, a group committed to living the religion of Jesus through faith, love, and service. However, our impact is limited by insufficient financial resources.
Currently, we are organizing a Urantia March Concert — a free public event aimed at spreading the New Revelation, promoting spiritual unity, and inspiring positive social transformation across Uganda. As a fellowship, we are able to raise 25% of the required budget, but we humbly seek partners and sponsors to help us cover the remaining cost.
We warmly invite individuals, organizations, and well-wishers who share a vision of spiritual growth, community empowerment, and hope for humanity to partner with us. Your support — financial, material, or logistical — will directly contribute to transforming lives and expanding a message of love, truth, and service.
Together, we can build hope, nourish souls, and serve humanity.

Greetings my family. It with a grateful heart,I thank everyone who joined us on 31st December 2025 for our Urantia Gathering. It was a beautiful time of fellowship, learning, prayer, music, and sharing the teachings of the Urantia Book in love and unity.
As Beacons of Hope Spiritual Family, under the Urantia Family Africa led by Pato Banton, we experienced unity beyond tribe, church, and background, strengthening our spiritual bonds and commitment to serve humanity.
Special thanks to all who gave their time, support, and presence. What we achieved together reminds us that when we walk in love and purpose, our light continues to shine.
My name is Don Herman from uganda,I got your email recently from my friend , I am from specifically western uganda ,from the faithfulness, mercy , love and unity I have gained ever since I started reading the urantia book,I have been dedicated to do certain works especially to needy families, disabled people, and most especially I also distribute more urantia books to people who are willing to study and learn the truth , though I come from Western uganda,I don't stop there ,I work actually countrywide , spreading the truth and as well as support that I can afford,i continue and work with the Nakivale projects in refugee camps empowering them with book distributions and some food support because life is not easy at all that side ,but unfortunately,I lack some support to make these projects much progressive,I appeal to work with you In this program.
I luck books for distributing since the people we meet some times ask for hard copies.

My name is Kaziba Herman, a brother and guardian taking care of seven children in my home place, Jinja. My life changed when my father got a serious accident and became lame, forcing me to stop my education so I could support my family. I took full responsibility and worked hard to raise school fees and basic needs for my siblings, and by God’s grace my two brothers and my sister have completed Senior Four, with one brother completing last year at Kisoro Metropolitan University, which gives me great hope. However, I am now exhausted and facing serious challenges, including a problem with my eyesight that has made it difficult for me to work and provide as I used to. My younger brothers and sisters are still behind in school and still need support, and I have reached a point where I can no longer manage alone. I am humbly raising concern and seeking help from kind-hearted people so that my siblings can continue their education, my father can live with dignity, and I can receive medical care for my eyesight, believing that any support can help change our lives.
Beacons of Hope bringing Revelation to the World. Thank you Don Herman for the update and good news!
