    Hi sister, it is good to see you posting to your own Social Network Group. You should use the Group Blog and Group Albums to update your Group with current information about your activities. While writing a blog you can click Embed content to upload a photo to your blog. Also by clicking the blue text Visual editor it will give you the full featured ckEditor to write your post instead of a text box.
