When I read Paper 3 of The Urantia Book, I learned that Earth (Urantia) was put under spiritual quarantine after the Lucifer Rebellion. This means we were cut off in some ways from the rest of the universe to protect others from the effects of that rebellion. As a spiritual family, what do you think about this? Are we still under this quarantine today, or has it been lifted? And how does this affect us now in our spiritual growth and connection with the universe?

Nothing absolutely nothing can separate you from the direct spiritual insights of the Divine Monitor indwelling you. The Father like any good parent desires to guide and teach and be with each of his universe children directly and all at the same time. Thus has he has found and sonshipped you by the combined spiritual powers of your divine indweller (thought adjuster) and the Spirit of Truth that made it possible for the Fathers spirit to indwell every child born on this world by the 5th year and 10 month on average.
Also all Seraphim and all other beings serving on this world are tried and tested and are loyal and holy beings. So even though the circuits of Satania have been cut off you still have direct access to the spiritual powers of both the Father and the Son as well as direct access to the guidance of The Most Highs that work through the Divine Monitor and the Spirit of Truth indwelling you. The only remaining devils on this world are Daligastia and Caligastia and they cannot be removed until the world rejects them.
35:9.9 In the event of rebellion on a system headquarters, a new sovereign is usually installed within a comparatively short time, but not so on the individual planets. They are the component units of the material creation, and creature free will is a factor in the final adjudication of all such problems. Successor Planetary Princes are designated for isolated worlds, planets whose princes of authority may have gone astray, but they do not assume active rulership of such worlds until the results of insurrection are partially overcome and removed by the remedial measures adopted by the Melchizedeks and other ministering personalities. Rebellion by a Planetary Prince instantly isolates his planet; the local spiritual circuits are immediately severed. Only a bestowal Son can re-establish interplanetary lines of communication on such a spiritually isolated world.
When the Circuits of Satania open citizens on this world will know without any doubling that we are the 606 world to developed intelligent life in a System that contains 619 worlds. Attempt to imagine if you can what the first worlds in our system have accomplished without the backward days of open rebellion and scientific and religious minds many millions of years older than our world.
And knowing what services are expected by the older children of a human family try to imagine what relationships these older and wiser worlds would have with our world.
The prayer life of these worlds revealed by Jesus might give us some indication of the Truth Jesus declared when he said.
133:1.4 I am absolutely assured that the entire universe is friendly to me -- this all-powerful truth I insist on believing with a wholehearted trust in spite of all appearances to the contrary."
