My name is Nayebare Grace I am 16 years old.
I am from Western Uganda in Ibanda district.We are 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy, and I am the first born in our family.
I lost my father at the young age when I was 5 years who died when he was digging a latrine unfortunately it collapsed on him and died.We
are living with our Foster mother Kyokundakwe Moreen by name who is a low earner,earns approximately $1 to $2 in a month which is not enough for our family,food, health care and education bills.We lost our father when he had no land for the family to cultivate food for our family and even he died and left us having no house for shelter so my mother is facing difficulties in both food shortage and shelter problem we are no where at the moment.
I stopped schooling because my mother would not get the money for my school fees and my little sister and brother.
In 2018,my mother who cared about me and who tried to work for food for the family she got a serious chronicle disease sickle cell (Anemia) so with this disease she is unable to work and get food to feed us and school fees so we are left stranded no food, school fees no medical check-up for our mother.
