The word "bestowal" means a GIFT of some kind...it could be a bestowal of money to a family member or to a large organization...in this case, it means the gift of the presence of our Creator Michael in the forms of 7 of his variously created children. And they were all to help him to fully understand and be sympathetic TO these children of his, by living their life/existence among others in their world. And NO ONE knows how the Creator Son does this -  magically change into someone else, of his own making! It's a secret and it should never be of concern to us as we do not need to know in order to finally reach the personal presence of our Paradise Father! 

So, now that you know what bestowal means, we see in that he needed to experience these creature lives in order to WIN his complete rulership/sovereignty over his universe.  Michael was born a Creator, however, in order to be the BIG Boss of his universe, he needed to be QUALIFIED by living out these experiences...and all universe Creators are offered these same opportunities. 

It's like as you grow up to be a man, you would still need to be qualified to be a good worker in whatever you wish to do by going through the training alongside someone who knows what it means to be in that role, and not given a job just because you are a man. 

We are told that at any time a Creator Son may rule his universe according to his wishes, but he can only govern as the supreme representative of the Paradise Trinity after his 7 creature bestowals, since each of those life experiences represented following the will of each of the Trinity Deities and their associative counterparts.  The last part of this paragraph explains how he did this to the satisfaction of our Universal Father and the Eternal Son, his parents!
