Describe how the Universal Father delegates power.

The Universal Father delegates everything that he is able to.  He is like the president of a large company.  The President does not do everything but delegates work to his staff, and they can then delegate work to their workers.  The Eternal son also delegates things to his sons and the Infinite Spirit delegates tasks to lower order beings like angels and Mother Spirits.

10:4.3 (112.6) The Trinity is an association of infinite persons functioning in a nonpersonal capacity but not in contravention of personality. The illustration is crude, but a father, son, and grandson could form a corporate entity which would be nonpersonal but nonetheless subject to their personal wills.

The father would be like God the Father, the son like God the Son, and the grandson would be like the Infinite Spirit.  The Trinity would be like the corporation.  The three are persons, but the corporation is not even though it has functions to perform.
