   • Special orders of beings called Life Carriers (belonging to the local universe administration) are commissioned to design and plant life plasm on each evolutionary world when planetary conditions become favorable (proper atmosphere, oceans, temperature, etc.).
   • Three original life implantation patterns are used in our local universe of Nebadon: the sodium-chloride (salt-water) pattern that produced human life on Urantia and most worlds in our region.
   • This original life plasm contains the potential for millions of years of evolutionary development leading toward human intelligence and will.
3. Seven Major Stages of Evolutionary Ascent
   The divine plan ordains that mortal creatures ascend through seven major evolutionary epochs before the arrival of a full-fledged human being capable of moral choice and survival-worthy decisions:
   1. Pre-mammalian
   2. Mammalian
   3. Mid-mammals (primates)
   4. Pre-human (dawn mammals → midwayers’ influence)
   5. The birth of the first true human beings (usually two individuals—a male and female twin pair)
   6. Post-human tribal and cultural eras
   7. The era of light and life (settled spiritual advancement)
4. The Birth of the First True Humans
   • The first true human beings are not born of purely animal parents in the ordinary sense. When evolution has progressed sufficiently, the Life Carriers intervene one final time under authorization from the archangel circuit and the local universe Creator Son (in our case, Michael of Nebadon/Christ).
   • They cause a sudden mutation in the pre-human stock (typically the superior strains of the primate line), resulting in the simultaneous birth of the first two human beings—a brother and sister (twins)—from a single mother belonging to the highest pre-human primate family.
   • These two original humans possess:
     • True moral will (the ability to choose between good and evil)
     • The capacity for worship and spiritual receptivity
     • The seven adjutant mind-spirits in full function
     • The potential for fusion with a fragment of God (the Thought Adjuster) once they make their first moral decision (usually around age 5–6)
   • This event marks the transition from animal to human and is celebrated throughout the local universe as the moment a new world officially enters the roll call of potentially inhabited spheres.
5. The Planetary Prince and Material Son and Daughter
   After the first humans appear:
   • A Planetary Prince and his staff (100 ascended mortals and volunteers) arrive to uplift early human civilization.
   • Much later (hundreds of thousands of years), a Material Son and Daughter (Adam and Eve) descend as biological uplifters to infuse superior genetic strains.

On most normal worlds this plan unfolds smoothly. Urantia (Earth) is a decimal/experimental world and a life-experiment world, and it suffered additional complications (Lucifer rebellion, Adamic default), but the fundamental divine pattern remains the same across the "whirling worlds of space.
