Hello family.

I'm reaching you here for medication assistance brothers and sisters. I've been down ill since last week Monday. Conditions warsen everyday that goes by, though I've tried to reach out a neighboring government public hospital in our village area. With no enough relief with very low standards, No change, I've been experiencing stomachache, frequent headaches, body weakness and body loss.

My grandma used almost her savings in private clinic nearby. Whereby the head doctor referred us to visit Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital with an emergency effect yesterday! I had to go that very day but I've found with difficulties with visiting immediately.
