My name is MUGABE BRUNO a member of the young generation in outreaching the Urantia Revelation for the past years, I completed my S4 and failed to earn school fees to take me for the next level. So I decided to join an institution for another course which was driving mechanics.
At the end of the course I was given a driving permit. I have always used the permit for like two years. But now when I have tried applying for a vacancy, I was told that my permit is no longer in service. So I need to Upgrade it and need to have training in defensive mechanics. But I can't make the upgrade for renewing the Permit because it don't have enough money to pay for the upgrade fees for the permit.
