EHF not UHF frequencies I’m discussing - EHF is anything from 30-300 GHz
-Pencil Beam Characteristics of mmWave (EHF is part of the 5G Fixed Standard) and why it's different than previous technology evolutions (2G/3G/4G)
-Ability to aim-directionally in controlled environments at specific individuals
-argument of cumulative exposure of non-ionizing radiation comes into question with this new evolution of technology

My concerns - What kind of protections will we as citizens have against this type of system being deployed on the ground? I assume the best but history has taught me that when given an opportunity, many can and will take advantage of the kindness and ignorance of the population to go along with this. So who can we report this to if we suspect it’s an issue and what reporting agency will address it? Currently the FCC is more of a managing body for frequencies to be used or an auction house for airwaves, not a protection for citizens…so who is the agency that is there to test, verify and protect?
