Super Soup: Great for Immune system, Blood Pressure and Diabetes
This Soup is great for providing vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber. Because of the the type of spices used (tumeric, a little bit of nutmeg, garlic, onion and parsley) it is wonderful for boosting the immune system. The potatoes, parsley, spinach, cabbage and pepper also help with High Blood Pressure and Type 2 Diabetes.
