ABCCI African Best Care Center Initiative - Emmanuel Hakizimana (Eric) African Best Care Center Initiative -ABCCI is a Refugee-Led Organization in Southwestern Uganda. Founded by refugees in 2021. ABCCI is based on the transformation of Education, Health, GBV, Livelihood, and Child Protection in Nakivale Refugee Settlement.
