 The motion for amendment of the notice for Judicial Review (JR) was filed with the Supreme Court on February 09, 2022. A hearing for the amendment is scheduled for  the end of March (a few days after most of the Covid restrictions are expected to be lifted here in Nova Scotia) and we will find out then whether the amendment will be accepted by the court.

These are Crimes Against Humanity as these weapons will result in thousands of civilian deaths because of the Nazi Regime;s constant use of civilian shields.
