Introduction:

In the heart of Africa lies Uganda, a nation graced with diverse cultures and natural beauty. However, amidst this beauty, the plight of helpless street children who endure unimaginable hardships daily remains a distressing concern. These innocent souls, robbed of a nurturing environment, face daily struggles for survival, education, and a future. “Streets to Smiles Initiative " envisions a holistic approach to rescue, support, and rehabilitate street children in Uganda, addressing the root causes of their plight and guiding them towards a life of dignity and opportunity, ultimately leading to a brighter future for them.

The Problem:

Uganda, like many African nations, faces the grave issue of street children due to factors such as poverty, family breakdowns, and lack of access to education. These children are exposed to violence, exploitation, and substance abuse, robbing them of their childhood and potential. There is no comprehensive approach to tackle this issue currently, necessitating a new paradigm that addresses not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes.

Our Solution:

“Streets to Smiles Initiative " is not just a fleeting intervention but a sustainable solution that encompasses rescue, support, education, and rehabilitation.

Rescue and Shelter: Our initiative will work closely with local authorities to identify and rescue street children from hazardous situations. It will establish safe shelters equipped with basic necessities, medical care, and counseling to provide an immediate haven for these children.

Education and Skill Development: Education is a beacon of change. We will provide access to formal education within the shelters, as well as vocational training for older children. Equipping them with skills will empower them to secure employment and break the cycle of poverty.

Psychosocial Support: Trauma and emotional scars often haunt street children. Our trained counselors will offer individual and group therapy sessions to help them heal from their past experiences and build a positive self-image.

Reintegration and Family Strengthening: Reuniting children with their families whenever possible is paramount. For cases where reintegration isn't possible, we will facilitate foster care placements or group homes, providing them with a loving and stable environment.

Community Outreach and Awareness: There will collaborate with local communities to raise awareness about the rights of children and the importance of their protection. This will foster a sense of collective responsibility in safeguarding the future of these children.

“Streets to Smiles Initiative " envisions a transformed landscape where street children are given a second chance at life. With education and skills, they will become contributing members of society, breaking free from the cycle of poverty and vulnerability. Reintegrating them into families or providing them with caring environments will ensure emotional healing and personal growth.

Currently I am now the Director of Stretch Hands Uganda and Murambo Beekeeping Organization. Stretch Hands Uganda is supporting children in my community especially Batwa people and non Batwa  people in my community.

SHU is a nonprofit organization and nongovernmental organization,non partisan which is run by adults and youth of different discipline in close cooperation with local communities in Rubanda district of Uganda.
            This is aimed at providing sustainable support to the disadvantaged and risks members of bakiga and Batwa communities of south western Uganda to access support in form of quality health services,education,improve income and human rights awareness.

The mission of the organization is to identify and recognize the needs of vulnerable children by promoting and carrying out activities that ensure conducive environment for proper upbringing in the communities of Rubanda and Kabale district.

Objectives

• To provide literacy in the local communities through children sponsorship programs to the vulnerable children .
• To promote quality education by constructing and managing primary schools in the communities.
• To provide food supplement to the malnourished children .
• To provide better health services through sensitization program.
• To provide a home for homeless ,distressed and HIV /AIDS vulnerable children.

“The kingdom of God is within you” was probably the greatest pronouncement Jesus ever made, next to the declaration that his Father is a living and loving spirit.

In winning souls for the Master, it is not the first mile of compulsion, duty, or convention that will transform man and his world, but rather the second mile of free service and liberty-loving devotion that betokens the Jesusonian reaching forth to grasp his brother in love and sweep him on under spiritual guidance toward the higher and divine goal of mortal existence. Christianity even now willingly goes the first mile, but mankind languishes and stumbles along in moral darkness because there are so few genuine second-milers — so few professed followers of Jesus who really live and love as he taught his disciples to live and love and serve.

The call to the adventure of building a new and transformed human society by means of the spiritual rebirth of Jesus’ brotherhood of the kingdom should thrill all who believe in him as men have not been stirred since the days when they walked about on earth as his companions in the flesh.

Gaza Children

Team Childhood Dreams is a Palestinian humanitarian, nonprofit, nonpolitical team that aims to help the poor families especially poor and orphans children in Gaza Strip .

The campaign aims to help the poor children and provide them with winter clothes .

1. The first axes is to provide the children with proper winter clothes. 
2. The second axes is to provide the children with the basic needs such as money, food and medicine.

Give Gaza children the gift of fun, friendship and support as they struggle to grow up under occupation 
and violent internal and external conflict.

Nearly half of the Gaza Strip’s two million people are below the age of 14. These are children who have 
been shaped by war; and the fear of another war. Their family’s struggle daily to put food on the table.

As well as a lack of clean water, electricity and other basic requirements of living; and a future that is at once both monotonously unchanging and fraught with uncertainty.

These stresses not only impact the children directly, but also indirectly through parents and siblings. Too 
often, depression, anger and anxiety are projected onto others in the form of verbal, physical or sexual 
abuse. Bullying has become a common way to respond to tension, while others withdraw deep within. 

Complicating this all is a culture that rejects any perception of weakness.

Gaza children need a safe place to express themselves and explore alternative ways to process the world. 
We want to use cinema and facilitated discussions as the vehicle, but we need your help.

The Centre exists to provide a welcoming physical space where truth seekers gather regularly to deepen understanding, nurture inner spiritual awareness, and translate revelation into daily living. Through education, meditation, and community engagement, the Centre serves as a point of connection between the teachings and the lived experience of those seeking truth, beauty, and goodness.

Vision Statement

The vision of the Centre for the 5th Epochal Revelation is to become a vibrant and enduring hub for spiritual awakening and community transformation—where individuals from diverse backgrounds come together in unity of purpose to explore higher truth and grow in personal spiritual experience.

The Centre envisions a future where the teachings of the fifth epochal revelation are not only known, but lived—expressed through meaningful relationships, inner stillness, service to others, and a shared commitment to spiritual growth.

To establish a sustainable, youth-engaging physical fellowship center in Abuja that provides consistent study, meditation, and community engagement, the Centre aims to inspire a new model of fellowship that is experiential, inclusive, and aligned with the evolving spiritual needs of humanity.
