Subject: Changes in Meeting Schedule for Christ Michael Center Kampala Fellowship Family

Dear CMC Fellowship Family,

I hope this letter finds you well and filled with the joy of the divine presence. It is with a heart full of gratitude for each and every one of you that I write to inform you of some changes in our meeting schedule.

Over the past months, we have enjoyed coming together every Friday for our fellowship online gatherings,  physically on every last Sunday of the month.

These meetings have been a source of spiritual nourishment, community bonding, and growth in our faith journey. However, in light of recent circumstances, we find it necessary to make some adjustments.

As you may be aware, the costs associated with data for our virtual meetings have become increasingly burdensome for some members of our fellowship. We understand the financial challenges that many of you face, and we do not want anyone to feel excluded or unable to participate fully due to these constraints.

Therefore, after careful consideration and prayerful discernment, the leadership team has decided to reduce the frequency of our virtual meetings from every Friday to once a month, specifically on the 3rd Friday of each month and also attending the CMC global meeting making it twice a month.

Additionally, our physical fellowship gatherings will also be held once a month, on every last Sunday of the month.

This adjustment in our meeting schedule aims to strike a balance between maintaining our spiritual connection as a community and being mindful of the practical challenges that some members face. By consolidating our meetings to twice a month, we hope to make participation more accessible and sustainable for everyone.

While we recognize that this change may require some adjustment, we believe it is in the best interest of our fellowship family as a whole. Our commitment to fostering spiritual growth, supporting one another, and spreading the love of Christ remains unwavering, regardless of the frequency of our gatherings.

We encourage you to mark your calendars and make plans to join us for our upcoming meetings on the 3rd Friday of month and the global meeting on every first Sunday of the month. Let us continue to lift each other up in prayer, stay connected through fellowship, and be beacons of light in our communities.

If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please do not hesitate to reach out to any member of the leadership team. Your feedback is valuable to us as we navigate these transitions together.

In closing, May we continue to walk together in unity and love, guided by the spirit of Christ.

Blessings and peace be with you all.

Yours in Christ,
