Instead of letting our difficulties draw us into worrying, we should endeavor to fill up our spare moments with gratitude and thanksgiving.
This following biblical discipline and affirmative word can help anyone who tries or practices it to enjoy the blessedness of a victorious life through deepening the dependence in Him.
Try saying: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" in response to whatever challenges life throw to you.
Mind you, the Urantia book summed it up "What [Jesus] preached against was not forethought but anxiety, and worry. He sought to make it clear that the world is not to be regarded as an enemy; that the circumstances of life constitute a divine dispensation along with the children of God."
