33 . The defendant, Attorney General of Canada, is constitutionally Chief Legal Officer of Canada. The Attorney General of Canada holds public office and must be named as a defendant in any declaratory judgment action. Status of the Attorney General of Canada and constitutionally responsible for the acts and omissions of public servants.

34 . The respondent, Attorney General of Ontario, is the Chief Legal Officer for the Province of Ontario. The Attorney General of Ontario holds public office and must be named as a defendant in any declaratory judgment action. The Attorney General of Ontario statutorily and constitutionally responsible for the acts and omissions of public servants.

HISTORICAL OVERVIEW

35 . On May 15, 1213, King John I, in a grant to Pope Innocent III   23,  relinquished the sovereignty of Great Britain and Ireland, paying an annual allowance for Great Britain and Ireland, and binding his heirs and successors in perpetuity. Today, HM Queen ElizabethII reports to the Pope of Rome and pays the annual allowance, along with her heirs and successors.

Although he says otherwise, the Pope goes on to recommend that individual states give up their sovereignty and turn governance over to the United Nations so that we have one world government in a world order.

Jus cogens

43 .The plaintiffs here argue that any inquiry into the principles of fundamental justice is informed, not only by Canadian experience and jurisprudence, but also by international law, including "jus cogens". This takes into account Canada's international obligations and values ​​as expressed in the various sources of international human rights law - declarations, covenants, conventions, judicial and quasi-judicial decisions of international tribunals and customary norms. The Applicants and Class Members state that "jus cogens" is defined as a norm from which no derogation is permitted and which can only be modified by a norm of general international law having the same character.

Affirming also that all peoples contribute to the diversity and richness of civilizations.

Recognizing that the Charter of the United Nations, the International

Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural and International Rights Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, together with the Vienna Declaration and the Program of Action affirm the fundamental importance of the right of  self-determination of all peoples, by virtue of which they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development status.

And

Bearing in mind that nothing in the Declaration can be used to deny peoples self-determination, exercised in accordance with  international law.

45 . The Plaintiffs and Class Members state that the legal and moral principles set forth in the above documents are the lens through which the current global crisis must be viewed.

In addition, the Prime Minister and his cabinet imposed protocols harmful to beings based on "the declaration of a pandemic by the World Health Organization, is an epidemic of communicable disease, namely the coronavirus disease Covid-19 , in the majority of foreign countries. " 46

RELIEF AND PROVISIONAL RELIEF

BRIEF OF QUO WARRANTO, CERTIORARI, PROHIBITION

7 1 . The Plaintiffs and Class Members say the continuing harm they suffer must be dealt with by the court, urgently and immediately. As all human rights and charter rights are under attack, we must ask the court to hear a brief of Quo warranto, accompanied by Constitutional Challenge with great haste.

74 . The Applicants and Class Members will allege violation of the following sections of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms : 54

a) Section 2 a) Freedom of conscience and religion; b) Freedom of thought, beliefs and opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other communication media; (c) Freedom of peaceful assembly; and d) freedom of association; b) Section 6 (1) Every Canadian citizen has the right to enter, stay and leave Canada.

c ) Section 7 Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person and the right not to be deprived of it, except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

d ) Article 8 Everyone has the right to be protected against searches or unreasonable searches of epilepsy.

e ) Article 12 Everyone has the right not to be subjected to cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.

f ) Article 25 The guarantee in their charter of certain rights and freedoms must not be interpreted in such a way as to abrogate or derogate from any Aboriginal, treaty or other rights of freedoms which concern the Aboriginal peoples of Canada.

g) Article 26 The guarantee in their charter of certain rights and freedoms should not be interpreted as denying the existence of any other right or freedom existing in Canada.

75 . Plaintiffs and Class Members assert that the above articles and committed under the following:

77 . People must have fully informed consent when it comes to injecting foreign genetic material into their bodies.

M ODUS OPERANDI ON HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS EUGENICS

85 . COVID vaccines are mRNA vaccines. MRNA has never been used as a vaccine. No mRNA sequence has ever been authorized for human use. In essence, we have absolutely no idea what to expect from this material that is sold to the public as a “vaccine”. These manufacturers still owe regulators and the public proof of its effectiveness and safety.

86 . The traditional vaccine simply introduces pieces of the virus to stimulate an immune response. The new mRNA vaccine is completely different. It actually injects (transfects) molecules of synthetic genetic material from non-human sources into our cells. Once in cells, the material genetics interacts with our transfer RNA (tRNA) to make a foreign protein that teaches the body to destroy the virus it is encoded for.

Notably, these newly created proteins are not regulated by our own DNA, and are therefore completely foreign to our cells. What they are fully capable of doing is unknown.
