"I recently started a campaign to encourage people to meditate and to do so, use one of my albums (old CD) called BIJA - O Som dos Chakras - original title in Portuguese, which means BIJA - The Sound of the Chakras, which has a sequence of songs using the seed-mantras of the seven main chakras.
 
Seed mantras are Sanskrit syllables that carry the specific frequency for each chakra.
 
This project involves people doing the exercises contained in the nine tracks of the album. Each week they will do the exercise of each track (vocalizing the bija-mantras (seed-mantras) of each chakra) for 20 minutes. Do it every day, preferably at the same time. The following week, they will move on to the next track, etc. This sequence provides a balanced reorganization of the energies of the chakras.
