Hello today we had a an outreach with our committee and board members .

We shared the UB with the people, about the teachings of Jesus.

To live such identical lives as he imposes upon the intelligent beings of his own creation, thus to bestow himself in the likeness of his various orders of created beings, is a part of the price which every Creator Son must pay for the full and supreme sovereignty of his self-made universe of things and beings.

120:0.2 (1323.2) Before the events I am about to delineate, Michael of Nebadon had bestowed himself six times after the similitude of six differing orders of his diverse creation of intelligent beings. Then he prepared to descend upon Urantia in the likeness of mortal flesh, the lowest order of his intelligent will creatures, and, as such a human of the material realm, to execute the final act in the drama of the acquirement of universe sovereignty in accordance with the mandates of the divine Paradise Rulers of the universe of universes.

They asked me some of these questions

How is the UB different from the Bible?
Is the Urantia Book a new religion? 

After answering these good questions ,they were interested with the book ,and they asked me how can they access the books. Then I told them that ,that books will come and we will also print and bind the Papers.

Also one member suggested that it would be better for them to have book that is in their language , because ,some of them don't know English.

3. PETER'S CONFESSION

  ^157:3.1 Early Tuesday morning Jesus and the twelve apostles left Magadan Park for Caesarea-Philippi, the capital of the Tetrarch Philip's domain. Caesarea-Philippi was situated in a region of wondrous beauty. It nestled in a charming valley between scenic hills where the Jordan poured forth from an underground cave. The heights of Mount Hermon were in full view to the north, while from the hills just to the south a magnificent view was had of the upper Jordan and the Sea of Galilee.

  ^157:3.2 Jesus had gone to Mount Hermon in his early experience with the affairs of the kingdom, and now that he was entering upon the final epoch of his work, he desired to return to this mount of trial and triumph, where he hoped the apostles might gain a new vision of their responsibilities and acquire new strength for the trying times just ahead. As they journeyed along the way, about the time of passing south of the Waters of Merom, the apostles fell to talking among themselves about their recent experiences in Phoenicia and elsewhere and to recounting how their message had been received, and how the different peoples regarded their Master.

  ^157:3.3 As they paused for lunch, Jesus suddenly confronted the twelve with the first question he had ever addressed to them concerning himself. He asked this surprising question, "Who do men say that I am?"

  ^157:3.4 Jesus had spent long months in training these apostles as to the nature and character of the kingdom of heaven, and he well knew the time had come when he must begin to teach them more about his own nature and his personal relationship to the kingdom. And now, as they were seated under the mulberry trees, the Master made ready to hold one of the most momentous sessions of his long association with the chosen apostles.

  ^157:3.5 More than half the apostles participated in answering Jesus' question. They told him that he was regarded as a prophet or as an extraordinary man by all who knew him; that even his enemies greatly feared him, accounting for his powers by the indictment that he was in league with the prince of devils. They told him that some in Judea and Samaria who had not met him personally believed he was John the Baptist risen from the dead. Peter explained that he had been, at sundry times and by various persons, compared with Moses, Elijah, Isaiah, and Jeremiah. When Jesus had listened to this report, he drew himself upon his feet, and looking down upon the twelve sitting about him in a semicircle, with startling emphasis he pointed to them with a sweeping gesture of his hand and asked, "But who say you that I am?" There was a moment of tense silence. The twelve never took their eyes off the Master, and then Simon Peter, springing to his feet, exclaimed: "You are the Deliverer, the Son of the living God." And the eleven sitting apostles arose to their feet with one accord, thereby indicating that Peter had spoken for all of them.

  ^157:3.6 When Jesus had beckoned them again to be seated, and while still standing before them, he said: "This has been revealed to you by my Father. The hour has come when you should know the truth about me. But for the time being I charge you that you tell this to no man. Let us go hence."

  ^157:3.7 And so they resumed their journey to Caesarea-Philippi, arriving late that evening and stopping at the home of Celsus, who was expecting them. The apostles slept little that night; they seemed to sense that a great event in their lives and in the work of the kingdom had transpired.

Revelation Outreach Missions

Urantia Teaching seminar in progress with Bishop Joseph Oyuki in Busana Town Council. November 26,2021

 I had an audience  of 150 persons. But I got my concentration later after a general presentations on a selected few. 

These were 20 whom recognised the value of revelation. I will continue to meet as they grow and multiply in number of revelation readers. 

One of the District leaders also received the Urantia Book.

I assisting the new learners on how to open and read  the urantia book's index sections, paragraphs, and papers. Call it introduction to the urantia book.

It was such a wonderful meeting brothers and sisters. They welcomed the new revelations and saw it for the first time.

Young students of the UB at Gadumire village, reading and sharing the UB on November 18th 2021

It was a pleasure to see these Young students of the UB at Gadumire village, reading and sharing the UB at their study center in the  courtyard.
This was held on 18th Nov, 2021.
They were four students in attendance

The above are children and students studying the UB, they were recruited under the UB School outreach program of FER ASCENDERS Fellowship community.
 

I thank God that they are still standing and are able to read the UB and explain their perception. This group is having a total of 15 children girls and boys...
They meet every Friday for the reading of the UB...

We have six groups of this kind but I meet one per week to help them have a better interpretation of the UB....

The biggest challenge here is transport. Meeting transport fees to these Young children is a serious matter or limitation to me. 

It was their turn to read and share their interpretation of the lines...
The theme was: ' the impact of the society, environment, parents and religions on Jesus' life and to the contemporary minister. '
They were reading section;  3, 5, 6 and 7.

We always suggested or recommended the buying of a motorcycle to simplify transport challenges. This group is located at Gadumire, and the young children above are dedicated to the reading and sharing of the UB knowledge. However, they also have limitations. These include: sits, communication and others as shall be shared...

This was a preparatory planning meeting for a very mega meeting which was held here at Comrade Hotel Seeta, with the delegates from Congo! The UB leaders training gathering of 1,300 will be in Goma of Congo!!

You can't imagine how this Nation of Congo is on a high reception level for the New revelations!! 

Here we were in the Bus park off seeing our Bishop Kambale Kalao Jean Pierre in charge of our ministry in Congo and now very much excited to have found a book with the very truth that world demands.

They are carrying Boxes of UB which shall be distributed ahead of time before we reach there for the conference on December 14th 2021. 

At our previous meetings 

At our previous meetings we were able to come out with a program for the day, a budget was drafted and responsibilities were allocated to different ministers! 
1. Agreed on dates for the Conference to be on 15th-December UpTo 17th December.
2. Agreed that On 17th we shall have purely Women Corps gathering which may be about 800
3. Agreed that Certificates of participation in the three days training be prepared to be issued to all participants
4. Agreed to help in hiring of the Venue for the Conference
5. The participants shall take care of themselves if we can, we will provide them the writing materials to the participants
6. Participants shall feed, accommodate  and transport themselves to and from the conference
7. Agreed that we get get brothers and sisters from other countries  to partially talk or facilitate in the gathering
8. Agreed that special announcement about our gathering will be done on Local Radios and Newspaper where possible.
9. Arrival of us from here Uganda should be by 14th to avoid inconveniences to the conference  
10. Simple flyers if possible to be printed out and sent to Congo in time!

These delegates will be taking back the 80 copies of the Urantia book hard copies!

This Conference planned for December 15 to 17th,2021 is intended only for the introduction of the Urantia Book and formation of leadership of this Country and coordination teams and forming the executive and group formation as well as establishment of the first Study Groups for the New Revelations. We estimate we will have one book for every 50 students of the revelation. 

On Monday November 8th The Way The Truth and Life Service Foundation conducted a one day Revelation Retreat and Workshop. Their were 13 Study Group Leaders present at the Retreat/Workshop.

At the day one workshop that was held in Ibanda district at Half Landon Gardens it was aiming at bringing the Urantia group fellowships leaders together for interaction, answering the underlying questions about the new revelations-truth book from their groups.

Getting to know each other and mostly to continue making it clear about the primarily goal of taking the gospel far .

Remember All the initial plans for planet earth by our Universal Father were brought to complete failure by the Lucifer Rebellion ,so it is always Good to make these leaders come together to remind themselves how they are in our Heavenly Father's service that needs committee's and revelation workers as exhibited by the Creator Son in His Early age and later public ministry.
 

We hope to host these special workshops on a monthly basis. The next workshop will take place on 9/12/2021 as we close the year!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our donor who provided the motorcycle so we can make frequent visits to all the study groups in the Ibanda District.

Hello all dear members, Friends of Urantia Book Fellowship , brothers and and sisters...
Am Andrew Cohen Gumpi the executive Director FER ASCENDERS Fellowship community based at Kaliro Uganda.

FER ASCENDERS Fellowship community is a local based organization built for the Urantia book outreach. Aiming at doing the will of our supreme father and our brother Michael.
We engage in many activities that helps to express the true love of our father to the rest of the world as presented in the Urantia book.

We also put to mind Jesus' directives / last instructions to his disciples in:

TUESDAY MORNING IN THE TEMPLE and 175:1.10

 

  ^175:1.10 "While you should honor your rulers and reverence your teachers, you should call no man Father in the spiritual sense, for there is one who is your Father, even God. Neither should you seek to lord it over your brethren in the kingdom. Remember, I have taught you that he who would be greatest among you should become the server of all. If you presume to exalt yourselves before God, you will certainly be humbled; but whoso truly humbles himself will surely be exalted. Seek in your daily lives, not self-glorification, but the glory of God. Intelligently subordinate your own wills to the will of the Father in heaven.

We involve the following groups of people in our ministry as they are our true brothers and sisters;
1. Young.
2. Middle aged.
3. Aged/ elderly.
4. People with disability.
5. Single mothers.
6. Widows/ widower.

We are looking at the following to build a healthy and developed God's kingdom, most importantly peaceful, loving and caring.
1. We do farming to get food for our people and simple funds to cater for simple needs.
2. We support health feeding practices.
3. We encourage and use food medicine.
4. We dress and house the needy and poor.
5. We teach the UB to all communities in the best way possible and fit for that particular group.
6. We outreach the new revelations through performing arts like; singing, dancing, performing drama and poetry.
7. We have involved the local communities by allowing other people of the community to participate in our programs like the giving hands.
8. We offer guidance and counseling.
9. We support and encourage education of children.
10.We teach hands on skills
11. We encourage love, love, peace and hard work.

FER ASCENDERS' Fellowship community Kaliro .... Has 781 disciples.
We take our operations in areas of :

1. Kaliro district.
2. Buyende district.
3. Palisa district.
4. Namutumba district.
5. Butalejja district.
6. Luuka district.
7. Iganga district.
8. And recently Mbale.

HOW WE COMMUNICATE.

Many of our leaders are locally based and have got no phones.
We communicate through letters that are written and shared at the end of the week.
Here leaders write questions and their challenges and then are responded to....

We highly appreciate your help, contributions and then welcome all those who have managed to join us for the great kingdom of our father.

Here we keep records of our communications , minutes, letters, receipts, and other related document.
They are typed edited and printed. Then they are kept. Processing and keeping these records is very important to us ......

Upon the expansion of this community to other districts we are now advised to transform into an organization and now FER ASCENDERS Fellowship community is taking it's Journey moving towards registration as an organization. As per now we are constituting this organization and then we shall register.
We are finding a lot of challenges to do this and the greatest challenge is shortage of funds.
Our printing system is down [ computer and printer] and therefore processing documents is a big challenge.
We therefore at this point seek to be supported.

We had a meeting with all FER ASCENDERS Fellowship community  leaders at our rented meeting hall in Kaliro town council on 20th October, 2021.

The meeting started at 8:00am to 3:00pm.

I Am for the growth and strength of the leaders of FER ASCENDERS Fellowship community Kaliro. Because it was not a simple journey to go and seeing them gathered in unity is a pleasure.....

On the motorcycle are four  boxes of Urantia books already packed and tied to be carried by a UB leader of Butalejja district carrying them for his students.

Then there's nothing like a business in this UB outreach mission to local communities.

There are lots of tough moments I faced than joy but we keep moving forward hoping for a better tomorrow just like Michael himself...

I am finding ways  to strengthen this community and helping them to stand upright and strong to outreach the new revelations to the most  local communities....

All what I am  trying to do is to let us find out good reasons to move on and the best ways to live on with the missionary journey besides the worldly demands to say; social, economic and political.

I have not been a religious leader of a big organization until now........

I started with a few disciples and they have multiplied in the long run from five to ten and twenty to the current 718 by registration...

This development and expansion has been with support of SFN the IFC and the Urantia Fellowship.

I think that funds from the IFC are grants and donations by individual members of the world family but still I don't believe that the growing FER ASCENDERS Fellowship community Kaliro will forever depend on the IFC grants and donations.

I think it's okay to start innovating ways of sourcing funds to support our activities besides the grants and donations.
