^163:3.5 "The kingdom of heaven is like a householder who was a large employer of men, and who went out early in the morning to hire laborers to work in his vineyard. When he had agreed with the laborers to pay them a denarius a day, he sent them into the vineyard. Then he went out about nine o'clock, and seeing others standing in the market place idle, he said to them: `Go you also to work in my vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will pay you.' And they went at once to work. Again he went out about twelve and about three and did likewise. And going to the market place about five in the afternoon, he found still others standing idle, and he inquired of them, `Why do you stand here idle all the day?' And the men answered, `Because nobody has hired us.' Then said the householder: `Go you also to work in my vineyard, and whatever is right I will pay you.'

Duty in the Urantia Book – Section 1

The word Duty appears 145 times in the Urantia Book. Paper 16 offers a very profound reflection on the nature of mind and how it perceives reality. In the paper they consider the three fundamental dimensions of reality: matter, mind, and spirit and explores how mind comprehends each of these fundamental aspects. In matter mind recognises the operation of CAUSATION, in the philosophical realms of mind we perceive DUTY, while the fundamental reality of spirit is worship – consciousness of divine realities and the source of those realities. This amazed me because, to my mind, causation is such a fundamental reality but I had never thought to put DUTY in the same fundamental category. Consequently, I have spent some decades attempting to unravel this insight, this lecture is an exploration of what I have learned.

It is interesting that these points are repeated in slightly different form several paragraphs later – which, to my mind, suggests a fundamental significance. After all, the writers had only one shot at making this revelation so they would have been desirous of packing in as much information as they could. However, that they willingly sacrificed space to repeat this point is instructive and suggests that the topic is worth exploring in greater detail.

In this context, DUTY is like a force of nature like gravity. We can choose to ignore it but there are definite consequences to such choices. Of course, the word duty carries many meanings. Its more basic meaning is of an obligation, something owed – almost like a form of debt to be paid and it has the same annoying features of debt in that paying it demands that we make a sacrifice of some kind, that we part with personal resources [time and energy] which we could use to do things that are more fun. In this instance, duty appears a joyless chore. It is interesting too, that people don’t like being under obligation or owing anything to anyone – especially God!

The teachings speak often about the duties of Joshua. At one point they say that he “unflinchingly confronted the stern requirements of duty.” 196:0:14 (2090.1) That “he never shirked the responsibility of making the necessary daily adjustments between these realms of loyalty to one’s personal convictions and duty toward one’s family” 124:4:9 (1372.6) That he “lived on, day by day, doing well the present duty and faithfully discharging the immediate responsibilities of his station in life.” 126:5:4 (1393.1) Joshua himself noted that his “immediate duty forbade his marriage” and that “his first duty was to his family”. Having taken his brothers to Jerusalem for their Bar Mitzvah “he deemed it his duty to take Joseph.” And, finally, “when duty required, he was willing to walk courageously through the “valley of the shadow of death.”” 100:7:13 (1103.1)

While Joshua “exalted family life as the highest human duty”... he “made it plain that family relationships must not interfere with religious obligations”. 140:8:14 (1581.1) He taught that “in the coming kingdom they [believers in the gospel]…shall all be concerned with one supreme duty. And this duty of man is expressed in two great privileges: sincere worship of the infinite Creator, the Paradise Father, and loving service bestowed upon one’s fellow men.” 142:4:2 (1600.3) He repeatedly admonished his followers “that man’s whole duty is summed up in this one commandment: Love the Lord your God with all your mind and soul and your neighbour as yourself.”163:4:8 (1805.5) and pointed out that as the “faith-enlightened and spirit-liberated sons of the kingdom of heaven, you face a double responsibility of duty to man and duty to God while you voluntarily assume a third and sacred obligation: service to the brotherhood of God-knowing believers.” 178:1:5 (1930.2)

Duty in the Urantia Book – Section 2

For Jesus, duty is not merely inescapable – there is dignity and peace to be found when it is enthusiastically embraced. Indeed, unless we make peace with our duty we can have no peace. Speaking to Gadiah: “Jesus perceived that this young man’s life had been tremendously influenced by this tradition [of Jonah and the Whale], and that its contemplation had impressed upon him the folly of trying to run away from duty; Jesus therefore said nothing that would suddenly destroy the foundations of Gadiah’s present motivation for practical living. ... The flight from duty is the sacrifice of truth. 130:1:2 (1428.2)

Leftists types, or so it appears, seem to resent the idea of duty, without which none of them would even exist. It seems that they expend considerable resources endeavouring to undermine the very concept of moral duty, obligation, and personal responsibility. However, if the “flight from duty is the sacrifice of truth” then rejection of duty is to run into the embrace of delusion and to leave us wrestling with the difficult whales of selfishness. Rejection of duty is like the rejection of gravity, only disaster can crown any attempt to live as though it didn’t exist and when the majority of a nation’s citizenry are so engaged they court national tragedy. Another significant point worth noting is that here we learn there is a correlation between Duty and Truth.

Said Jesus: “My friend, we are all Jonahs with lives to live in accordance with the will of God, and at all times when we seek to escape the present duty of living by running away to far-off enticements, we thereby put ourselves in the immediate control of those influences which are not directed by the powers of truth and the forces of righteousness. The flight from duty is the sacrifice of truth. The escape from the service of light and life can only result in those distressing conflicts with the difficult whales of selfishness which lead eventually to darkness and death unless such God-forsaking Jonahs shall turn their hearts, even when in the very depths of despair, to seek after God and his goodness. And when such disheartened souls sincerely seek for God—hunger for truth and thirst for righteousness—there is nothing that can hold them in further captivity. No matter into what great depths they may have fallen, when they seek the light with a whole heart, the spirit of the Lord God of heaven will deliver them from their captivity; the evil circumstances of life will spew them out upon the dry land of fresh opportunities for renewed service and wiser living.”

Hidden in this little nugget is something very profound: adhering to and faithfully performing our duty ensures that we remain in harmony with those influences which are directed by truth and the forces of righteousness. Our present materialistic culture is filled with enticing opportunities that glitter with tantalising promise but which if pursued would lead us into far more distressing circumstances than those we currently bemoan. If you think things are bad now, just wait and see what happens if you abandon your duty. Doing one’s Duty can be hard, really, really hard. If the Cross teaches us anything it’s that performing one’s duty can come with great cost. The Cross teaches us that that not even threats of death should be allowed to prevent us from performing our Duty. Moreover, that the life that seeks to evade duty is not worth living, that death with honour is infinitely more preferable than life without it. The glorious moral illumination that is emitted by the Cross lights the way for a whole universe of beings.

When you think of the dignity displayed by Jesus during this trial. The Romans didn’t just use mean words, they actually scourged him; they didn’t just cancel him, they crucified him. Did Jesus utter threats, disgust, outrage? No! He knuckled down and suffered for the glory of God and forgave them – he was reviled but he reviled not. He was not consumed by hate and resentment at this moment of horrific injustice, instead he clung to love with everything he had. He was the only truly free being in that whole horrific and tragic episode. Such a life of unflinching courageous devotion to duty judges a world full of cowards who whine about their feelings when words they don’t like are used. The Master’s life of courage puts a mirror to the world and the world hates the cowards it reveals.

Duty in the Urantia Book – Section 3

However, while the teachings are at pains to highlight the importance and significance of duty - it dares to push beyond duty into the realms of love. The Revelators teach “Religion is to morality as love is to duty, as sonship is to servitude, as essence is to substance.” 102:5:3 (1124.2) They point out that “The idea of duty signifies that you are servant-minded and hence are missing the mighty thrill of doing your service as a friend and for a friend. The impulse of friendship transcends all convictions of duty, and the service of a friend for a friend can never be called a sacrifice.” 180:1:6 (1945.3) Here we return to the idea of debt, in that performing duty is often viewed as a form of sacrifice – something that hurts or is distasteful – but when that service is born of love its superior moral nature infinitely transcends mere duty and transforms all life and the way of living.

The Master taught us that we should love the Lord our God with all our hearts, minds, and strength and our neighbour as ourselves. In placing love at the centre of his gospel he revealed that “Experiential righteousness is a pleasure, not a duty” 140:5:9 (1574.2) and, by that, revealed the spiritual realities of the kingdom to be marvellously alluring. In the life of divine sonship into which we are invited to partake - love is the key to progress: love of the Father, and His ideals of perfection and service; and the expression of this love through the pursuit of perfection of your own self and the increased bearing of the fruits of the spirit. And so, we are taught: “Henceforth, it is not a duty but rather your exalted privilege to cleanse yourselves from all evils of mind and body while you seek for perfection in the love of God.” 143:2:6 (1610.1)

We have a duty not only to God but to ourselves, to our highest self and to the spirit of God that dwells within us. We have been invited to achieve a perfection of character equal to God himself. Insofar as we succeed in this endeavour to become the best version of ourselves we bless both ourselves and the world. Unfortunately, when we fail in this duty both the world and our own self suffer. Again, this is no mere duty – it is an exalted privilege, a marvellous invitation. A more perfect you has more peace, joy, love, hope, tolerance, patience, kindness. Life becomes better across every significant metric.

Duty in the Urantia Book – Section 4

The great theologian Auguste Sabatier taught that “duty is the substance of liberty, while liberty is the form of duty.” When you put this formula into the teachings outlined we learn that love is the substance of liberty while liberty is the form of love. On the Cross we find a man clinging to love and finding freedom from hatred, resentment, and the desire for vengeance and finding liberating peace in trusting the Father despite the injustice to which he was so unfairly being subjected.

The wise men of old teach that ‘a man without self-control is like a city without walls.’ This almost seems self-evident, after all - in the absence of self-control you have NO control over your life. You will be unable to accomplish any great thing. In our great spiritual ignorance, we fail to understand what true freedom looks like and often end up confusing liberty and bondage. When we are enslaved to the flesh we are in bondage to our biological inclinations, we become subject to our moods and feelings: hate, fear, anger, rage, jealous, envy, despair, lust. When we fall prey to these we are not considered free but enthralled to our desires and biological mechanisms. Only in love do we find the spiritual power to rise above our biological inclinations. Biologically speaking, one of our most powerful drives is self-preservation – the urge to preserve one’s life, no matter the cost. However, spiritually speaking this is not true – some things are worth dying for.

The Master taught that you shall know truth and it will make you free, and that that if we dare to follow the spirit he will lead us into all truth. Truth, then, is revealed in the wake of the pursuit of God, and if truth makes us free then the pursuit of God is the realisation of liberty. Knowing, loving, and understanding God more is correlated with the realisation of greater and greater liberty. In this context, the denial of God can only be seen as a form of bondage and enslavement.

It is interesting and instructive that human flourishing is correlated with human liberty. The unprecedented prosperity and peace this world has enjoyed over the present dispensation has had no equal in the world’s history. In this period, we saw humanity band together to vanquish slavery, to litter the world with hospitals, schools, books and endless opportunities to learn and increase life’s fraction. However, our deluded Satanic overlords believe that they can achieve prosperity by enslaving the human race. They seek to destroy all our notions of family, fatherland, and faith and make us utterly subservient to the technocratic super-state. They simply cannot or will not or plain refuse to see that flourishing is dependent upon liberty. We simply cannot be made richer by enslaving our fellows. Such corrupt and morally bankrupt systems contain the seeds of their own destruction. Their blind faith in technology and lies will lead them into the Pit. Christ’s vision of the Kingdom is the destiny of the earth. Consequently, these enslavers of men are – spiritually – standing on the wrong side of history. His Word will be accomplished, every knee will bend and every tongue confess that he is Lord.

If finding and knowing truth makes us free then the promulgation of lies seeks to make us slaves. Jesus taught that we cannot serve two masters for we will love one and hate the other, or cling to one and flee the other. He said that we cannot serve both God and Mammon. The Master also said: he that is of truth hears my voice. If we make truth our master then, over time, we will come to love it more and more and come to resent error and lies more and more. However, if someone make Lies their master then, over time, they will come to resent correction and truth more and more. Those that believe in lies will see advocates of truth as destroyers that seek to lead people astray. Conversely, those that are advocates of truth will view the promulgators of lies as destroyers and thieves of liberty. And so the conflict between light and darkness rages on.

Duty is the first essential step. It is sobering, it is grounding, it builds moral muscle, and opens the heart to possibilities of Love. In the gospel, Duty is transformed by the holy light of Love - revealing a life of joyous service, endless opportunity, and astounding revelations. When we have lost our way, Duty is the solid ground upon which we stand. Duty is akin to truth and adhering to it ensures that we will not be led astray and that we will be preserved in righteousness. When transformed by love it becomes an experiential righteousness, so that life becomes a joy in the living and a worthy offering to the Father.

^99:4.3 True religion is a meaningful way of living dynamically face to face with the commonplace realities of everyday life. But if religion is to stimulate individual development of character and augment integration of personality, it must not be standardized. If it is to stimulate evaluation of experience and serve as a value-lure, it must not be stereotyped. If religion is to promote supreme loyalties, it must not be formalized.
^99:4.4 No matter what upheavals may attend the social and economic growth of civilization, religion is genuine and worth while if it fosters in the individual an experience in which the sovereignty of truth, beauty, and goodness prevails, for such is the true spiritual concept of supreme reality. And through love and worship this becomes meaningful as fellowship with man and sonship with God.
^99:4.5 After all, it is what one believes rather than what one knows that determines conduct and dominates personal performances. Purely factual knowledge exerts very little influence upon the average man unless it becomes emotionally activated. But the activation of religion is superemotional, unifying the entire human experience on transcendent levels through contact with, and release of, spiritual energies in the mortal life.

^99:4.6 During the psychologically unsettled times of the twentieth century, amid the economic upheavals, the moral crosscurrents, and the sociologic rip tides of the cyclonic transitions of a scientific era, thousands upon thousands of men and women have become humanly dislocated; they are anxious, restless, fearful, uncertain, and unsettled; as never before in the world's history they need the consolation and stabilization of sound religion. In the face of unprecedented scientific achievement and mechanical development there is spiritual stagnation and philosophic chaos.

^99:4.7 There is no danger in religion's becoming more and more of a private matter -- a personal experience -- provided it does not lose its motivation for unselfish and loving social service. Religion has suffered from many secondary influences: sudden mixing of cultures, intermingling of creeds, diminution of ecclesiastical authority, changing of family life, together with urbanization and mechanization.
^99:4.8 Man's greatest spiritual jeopardy consists in partial progress, the predicament of unfinished growth: forsaking the evolutionary religions of fear without immediately grasping the revelatory religion of love. Modern science, particularly psychology, has weakened only those religions which are so largely dependent upon fear, superstition, and emotion.
^99:4.9 Transition is always accompanied by confusion, and there will be little tranquillity in the religious world until the great struggle between the three contending philosophies of religion is ended:
1. The spiritistic belief (in a providential Deity) of many religions.
2. The humanistic and idealistic belief of many philosophies.
3. The mechanistic and naturalistic conceptions of many sciences.
^99:4.10 And these three partial approaches to the reality of the cosmos must eventually become harmonized by the revelatory presentation of religion, philosophy, and cosmology which portrays the triune existence of spirit, mind, and energy proceeding from the Trinity of Paradise and attaining time-space unification within the Deity of the Supreme.

You know in your heart that there's a natural order to life,
something more sovereign than any man-made rules or laws could ever express.

This natural order is called "the Way."

The Way is the eternal substrate of the cosmos. It guides the very current of time and space. The Way is known by some as the Will of God, Divine Providence, the Holy Spirit, the implicate order, the Tao, reverse-entropy, life-force, but for now we'll simply call it "the Way." The Way is reflected in you as the source of your inspiration, the source of your passions, your wisdom, your enthusiasm, your intuition, your spiritual fire - love. The Way takes the chaos out of the Universe and breathes life into it by reflecting divine order. The Way, when experienced by the mind, is genius, when perceived through the eyes is beauty, when felt with the senses is grace, when allowed into the heart ... is love.

Most people cannot sense the Way directly. ... But then there are the Wayseers. The keepers of the flame. Wayseers have an unexplainable knack for just knowing the Way. They sense it in their very being. They can't tell you why or how they arrived at the right answer. They just know it in their core. They can't show their work. So don't ask. Their minds simply resonate with the Way. When the Way is present, so are they.

While others are blind to it, and society begs you to ignore it, "the Way" stirs you inside. Neurological repression blocks most people's awareness of the Way - censoring all thoughts and impulses from the unconscious is their prefrontal cortex - the gestapo of the brain - nothing which violates its socialized programming even gets through; but your mind is different. your mind has been cracked wide open to the Way - by some miraculous genetic trait, some psychotropic chemical or maybe even by the will of your very soul, your brain's reward pathways have been hijacked - dopamine employed to overthrow the fascist dictatorship of your prefrontal cortex - now your brain is free of repression, your mind free of censorship, your awareness exposed to the turbulent seas of the unconscious - through this open doorway divine light shines into your consciousness showing you the Way. This is what makes you a Wayseer.

90% of human civilization is populated with those who's brains are blocked to the Way. Their brains are hardwired to enforce the social programming indoctrinated since birth. Unlike you they cannot break out of this programming, because they have not yet experienced the necessary revolution of mind. These programmed people take social institutions and rules very seriously. Society is full of games programmed to keep peoples' minds occupied so they will not revolt. These games often cause sick fixations on peculiar protocols, power structures, taboos and domination - all subtle forms of human bondage - This distinct form of madness is not only tolerated by the masses but insisted upon. The programmed ones believe in rules so forcefully they become willing to destroy anyone who violates them.

Wayseers are the ones who call their bluff. Since Wayseer minds are free to reject social programming, Wayseers readily see social institutions for what they are - imaginary games. Wayseers comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable. Helping those who are lost in these games and refuse to help themselves is a calling of many Wayseers. Since Wayseers are the ones who keep contact with the original source of reality - they are able to disrupt societal conventions and even governments to realign humanity with the Way.

The Wayseers are an ancient lineage. A kind of priesthood - carriers of the flame - ones "in the know." There must always be Wayseers to reform the dizzying psychotic spinning gears of society - giant mindless hamster wheels obscuring the pure blue sky, keeping humanity shackled in a darkened cage - so Wayseers are called - to shed light on the madness of society - to continually resurrect the timeless transcendent Spirit of Truth -

Wayseers reveal this divine truth by devoting themselves to the birth of some creative or disruptive act expressed through art or philosophy, innovations to shake up industry, revolutions for democracy, coups that topple hypocrisy, movements of solidarity, changes that leave a legacy, rebellions against policy, spirit infused technology, moments of clarity, things that challenge barbarity, watersheds of sincerity, momentous drives for charity

The stars have called to you your entire life.
Maybe you stopped listening.
Maybe you stopped paying attention to this call.

Or maybe this call is getting louder - in your heart,
- in your consciousness.

Next time you have the chance,
take a walk under the stars.
Listen to this light activation
while you gaze at the heavens.

You, child of the heavens,
child of starlight,
are able to see
the messages encrypted in the starlight.
These heavenly bodies of light
bend over head
like a great cathedral
and they are reminding you
of your highest calling.

Consciousness is anchored in this universe
through quantum effects
by the nanotubes in your brain,
and by the more complex electromagnetic currents
twisting in the perpetual nuclear eruptions of stars
- both can receive the miracle of consciousness.

And as you look to the stars
they beam down on you
Guidance
And they are emanating a calling
a beacon of hope
a call to adventure

You can read about the four horsemen of the apocalypse in the book of Revelation, chapter 6. Like much of what you read in Bible prophecy, these horsemen are rather mysterious. A lot of strange theories have been formed around their identities, so this video is an attempt to set things straight. In particular, we are focusing on the important spiritual lessons which can be learned from studying these horsemen, and how those lessons relate to the teachings of Jesus. This method of studying the Revelation will always lead to Truth... even if some of our details aren't exactly correct.

WHO ARE THE INVISIBLE BROTHERHOOD

The Reserve Corps of Destiny

114:7.1 The reserve corps of destiny consists of living men and women who have been admitted to the special service of the superhuman administration of world affairs. This corps is made up of the men and women of each generation who are chosen by the spirit directors of the realm to assist in the conduct of the ministry of mercy and wisdom to the children of time on the evolutionary worlds. It is the general practice in the conduct of the affairs of the ascension plans to begin this liaison utilization of mortal will creatures immediately they are competent and trustworthy to assume such responsibilities. Accordingly, as soon as men and women appear on the stage of temporal action with sufficient mental capacity, adequate moral status, and requisite spirituality, they are quickly assigned to the appropriate celestial group of planetary personalities as human liaisons, mortal assistants.

114:7.2 When human beings are chosen as protectors of planetary destiny, when they become pivotal individuals in the plans which the world administrators are prosecuting, at that time the planetary chief of seraphim confirms their temporal attachment to the seraphic corps and appoints personal destiny guardians to serve with these mortal reservists. All reservists have self-conscious Adjusters, and most of them function in the higher cosmic circles of intellectual achievement and spiritual attainment.

114:7.3 Mortals of the realm are chosen for service in the reserve corps of destiny on the inhabited worlds because of:

1. Special capacity for being secretly rehearsed for numerous possible emergency missions in the conduct of various activities of world affairs.

2. Wholehearted dedication to some special social, economic, political, spiritual, or other cause, coupled with willingness to serve without human recognition and rewards.

3. The possession of a Thought Adjuster of extraordinary versatility and probable pre-Urantia experience in coping with planetary difficulties and contending with impending world emergency situations.

114:7.7 Each division of planetary celestial service is entitled to a liaison corps of these mortals of destiny standing. The average inhabited world employs seventy separate corps of destiny, which are intimately connected with the superhuman current conduct of world affairs. On Urantia there are twelve reserve corps of destiny, one for each of the planetary groups of seraphic supervision.

114:7.8 The twelve groups of Urantia destiny reservists are composed of mortal inhabitants of the sphere who have been rehearsed for numerous crucial positions on earth and are held in readiness to act in possible planetary emergencies. This combined corps now consists of 962 persons. The smallest corps numbers 41 and the largest 172. With the exception of less than a score of contact personalities, the members of this unique group are wholly unconscious of their preparation for possible function in certain planetary crises. These mortal reservists are chosen by the corps to which they are respectively attached and are likewise trained and rehearsed in the deep mind by the combined technique of Thought Adjuster and seraphic guardian ministry. Many times numerous other celestial personalities participate in this unconscious training, and in all this special preparation the midwayers perform valuable and indispensable services.

114:7.9 On many worlds the better adapted secondary midway creatures are able to attain varying degrees of contact with the Thought Adjusters of certain favorably constituted mortals through the skillful penetration of the minds of the latters’ indwelling. (And it was by just such a fortuitous combination of cosmic adjustments that these revelations were materialized in the English language on Urantia.) Such potential contact mortals of the evolutionary worlds are mobilized in the numerous reserve corps, and it is, to a certain extent, through these small groups of forward-looking personalities that spiritual civilization is advanced and the Most Highs are able to rule in the kingdoms of men. The men and women of these reserve corps of destiny thus have various degrees of contact with their Adjusters through the intervening ministry of the midway creatures; but these same mortals are little known to their fellows except in those rare social emergencies and spiritual exigencies wherein these reserve personalities function for the prevention of the breakdown of evolutionary culture or the extinction of the light of living truth. On Urantia these reservists of destiny have seldom been emblazoned on the pages of human history.

114:7.10 The reservists unconsciously act as conservators of essential planetary information. Many times, upon the death of a reservist, a transfer of certain vital data from the mind of the dying reservist to a younger successor is made by a liaison of the two Thought Adjusters. The Adjusters undoubtedly function in many other ways unknown to us, in connection with these reserve corps.

114:7.11 On Urantia the reserve corps of destiny, though having no permanent head, does have its own permanent councils which constitute its governing organization. These embrace the judiciary council, the historicity council, the council on political sovereignty, and many others. From time to time, in accordance with the corps organization, titular (mortal) heads of the whole reserve corps have been commissioned by these permanent councils for specific function. The tenure of such reservist chiefs is usually a matter of a few hours’ duration, being limited to the accomplishment of some specific task at hand.

114:7.12 The Urantia reserve corps had its largest membership in the days of the Adamites and Andites, steadily declining with the dilution of the violet blood and reaching its low point around the time of Pentecost, since which time reserve corps membership has steadily increased.

114:7.13 (The cosmic reserve corps of universe-conscious citizens on Urantia now numbers over one thousand mortals whose insight of cosmic citizenship far transcends the sphere of their terrestrial abode, but I am forbidden to reveal the real nature of the function of this unique group of living human beings.)

114:7.14 Urantia mortals should not allow the comparative spiritual isolation of their world from certain of the local universe circuits to produce a feeling of cosmic desertion or planetary orphanage. There is operative on the planet a very definite and effective superhuman supervision of world affairs and human destinies.

114:7.15 But it is true that you can have, at best, only a meager idea of an ideal planetary government. Since the early times of the Planetary Prince, Urantia has suffered from the miscarriage of the divine plan of world growth and racial development. The loyal inhabited worlds of Satania are not governed as is Urantia. Nevertheless, compared with the other isolated worlds, your planetary governments have not been so inferior; only one or two worlds may be said to be worse, and a few may be slightly better, but the majority are on a plane of equality with you.

114:7.16 No one in the local universe seems to know when the unsettled status of the planetary administration will terminate. The Nebadon Melchizedeks are inclined to the opinion that little change will occur in the planetary government and administration until Michael’s second personal arrival on Urantia. Undoubtedly at this time, if not before, sweeping changes will be effected in planetary management. But as to the nature of such modifications of world administration, no one seems to be able even to conjecture. There is no precedent for such an episode in all the history of the inhabited worlds of the universe of Nebadon. Among the many things difficult to understand concerning the future government of Urantia, a prominent one is the location on the planet of a circuit and divisional headquarters of the archangels.

114:7.17 Your isolated world is not forgotten in the counsels of the universe. Urantia is not a cosmic orphan stigmatized by sin and shut away from divine watchcare by rebellion. From Uversa to Salvington and on down to Jerusem, even in Havona and on Paradise, they all know we are here; and you mortals now dwelling on Urantia are just as lovingly cherished and just as faithfully watched over as if the sphere had never been betrayed by a faithless Planetary Prince, even more so. It is eternally true, “the Father himself loves you.”

During the Coronavirus pandemic, it may be prudent for some people in 'at risk categories' not to go to Mass for a couple of weeks.

There is no Mass obligation for those who are ill or in danger of becoming ill. But closing churches and stopping all Masses at a time like this is an outrage.

So, why are so many 'progressive’ shepherds, who said they were going to make the Church into a “field hospital”, suddenly locking their churches and heading for cover during the flock’s moment of most desperate spiritual need?

What happened to the Church of Accompaniment? Church of Abandonment is more like it.

Here's one diocesan priests who has had enough! His church is not going to be locked, Mass is not going to be cancelled and communion will be administered on the tongue.

Rather than ordering the faithful to stay away from church, Father organized a special Rosary procession for those wishing to publicly turn to Our Lord and His Most Blessed Mother during this moment of crisis.

Father also reads Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano's later letter on this topic…from the pulpit!

Bottom line, Holy Mother Church must see to her own and continue to provide solace, sanctuary and sacraments during this crisis.
