Are You Friendly with Your Mind?
The main reason why the mind must be our friend even intimate and most loving friend is that,it is the delicate,most sensitive,and impartial instrument from all creation where everything starts,both the good, the bad and the ugly. So, to get the best out of our mind,we must learn to harness it.
