Most of our problems/challenges in life occur because we act without thinking/meditating, or we think/meditate without acting.A healthy balance of thought and action are essential to creating the life we want for ourselves.
We must strive/endeavor to be thoughtful before making a decision, and once we decide,we must leap forth into action!
If other thoughts and feelings overshadow our sense of well-being, we should simply let them go and return over and over to this form of inner happiness that is always within us all.
May we continue to be in touch with a first glimpse of our unconditionally happy nature we are from the beginning!

You have to understand, the thoughts you think,because the emotions you have are circulating around you in your auric field. That’s why we are all really live in our own little world; in our own self-created atmosphere. And for most of us our self-created atmosphere is a self-created prison.
Stop criticizing self and others.Because criticism builds walls of mental and astral energy and fosters separation; and if there is one thing that separative walls are not helping to build, it is group consciousness. Separation just builds up the ego. It builds a wall around the ego and the wall then becomes the ego’s prison and a hindrance to service and communication.
I am the Soul.
I am the Light Divine.
I am Love.
I am Will.
I am Fixed Design.

Truly Indeed, the most beautiful attire is not found in designer clothes/wares or the latest styles, it is the light of the truth shining from the inside out/within us for all to see matters most.
Only a God-knowing individual can love another person as he loves himself. ~ The Urantia Book, (16:9.8).

May The Trust in The Love Of God becomes the ultimate lubricant that makes everything in our Lives easier,thereby making every of our relationship with self ,others and God flow smoothly.

By spending time alone and in silence,study self , contemplating great ideas or quietly meditating, we put ourselves in a position where wonderful, healing truths can be revealed to us from within ourselves.
What that means is that all the answers we seek to our deepest questions about life already lie within us,but anxieties of life inhibited us to get the right answer within a short period of time.
So therefore in order to expand our consciousness to grow into a Soul-conscious species, we need to be in control of the mind not the mind in our control,we need to clear away these limitations because our limitations imprison our very own Soul.
May we all awakened to the reality that mind is mental substance and that we need to learn to master and control this mental substance within if we want to become consciously creative in all our endeavors .

No matter how happy we are, eventually we will find something to unnecessarily worry about.

Happiness ensues from the recognition of truth because it can be acted out; it can be lived. Disappointment and sorrow attend upon error because, not being a reality, it cannot be realized in experience. Divine truth is best known by its spiritual flavor. ~ The Urantia Book, (2:7.6).

One of the hardest things for us to do is enjoy the many blessings in our lives instead of focusing on what we lack.Give yourself permission to be happy right now, and to enjoy all the good in your life. It’s how you’ll attract even more.

Romans 15: 5-7 - May the God who inspires men to endure, and gives them a Father's care, give you a mind united towards one another because of your common loyalty to Jesus Christ. And then, as one man, you will sing from the heart the praises of God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. So open your hearts to one another as Christ has opened his heart to you, and God will be glorified.

It is time for us to stop cursing the darkness and, instead, start living in the light,see the light in all things above,below,beside,behind at our back, in our front and surroundings.
Instead of complaining, murmuring and fault finding over the darkness of “Egypt” (the world), we can be all that God has made us to be, shining as lights in the midst of a darkness and perverse generation.(Philippians 2:14–15)
And if we think that we do not know the Word enough to be a bright light, we must remember that even the smallest of lights shine brilliantly in the darkest of places.
Urantia book paper 140:4.4 (1572.4) “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; ...
When people are in complete darkness, they cannot perceive anything outside themselves.In this state of darkness, it is easy to live in a miserly and completely self-centered world.Often a symptom of this darkness is using people for self-benefit.
But God’s presence in our lives promotes a kind of love that is giving,not self-seeking. (1 Corinthians 13:5)
May our hearts be soft toward the leading of the Holy Spirit,and, God’s enduring mercy helps each one of us out of the darkness that held us captive in to the light of All That Is.

“. . . when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?” (Job 38:7)

Therefore, “praise ye him all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts” (Psalm 148:2). Someday, we shall join them in a “joyful noise” at God’s throne.

We all forget sometimes,most especially when we are challenged that we are Divine,super divine beings and gifted beyond the application of our abilities/efforts/striving. We fear death as much as we sometimes fear life, because we are dis-connected from the oneness of all of life/the source of All That Is.
"Just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, …. they have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice." (Romans 1:28–29)
May the will of the most high be in our hearts and minds as we are surely ONE with our creator.
