Hugh is a self-help author and a pioneer in the field of evolutionary spirituality, known for works like “Living Behind Your Breath” and the novel “Silent Partners,” which explores emotional healing and spiritual awakening in an entertaining way.

His spiritual journey began in Eastern Ontario, where he became a Certified Applied Metaphysician through the ‘IAM’ organization. Over his 30-year career, he has assisted others in spiritual understandings and their transitions in this life and on the other side. 

Additionally, Hugh has a background in sustainable design and construction, emphasizing ecological practices in residential and commercial projects across Ontario and Quebec, Canada.
