At the Nazareth Retreat Center A reunion conference in Boise, Idaho at the Nazareth Center for the spiritually minded friends and associates who have enjoyed association within the Urantia, ALL, TeaM, or other associated fellowshipping over the years. A time to reunite, commune and celebrate our unity in the spirit and share our various service projects.Theme:

We're formulating items of agenda now, but expect plenty of sharing and be ready to share.  Talk on the "Social Problems of Religion," some retreat activities with Dolores Nice, music by Mark Turnbull, Tom Newbill, Mark Rogers, etc., discussions on creating legacy, universal human rights declaration, and more...

Check In begins at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 10, with Dinner at 5:30 and open meeting at 7 p.m.

Conference/retreat concludes with lunch on Sunday, May 12. Those who need to stay over until Monday, May 13, will be able to reserve room for one more night.Cost update:Costs per person, are $135 per person for shared room and 2 days worth of meals, $190 per person for solo room and 2 days meals. If staying over Sunday night add $50 per person for a single or $30 per person for a shared room.  Includes tax.If not staying on site, cost is $20 for registration and $10 per breakfast and lunch and $12 for dinner.Plans are to try and provide pickups and drop offs at the airport before and after conference. Once conference has started, plan to use rental, Uber, Lyft, or Taxi to and from airport until conference has ended.  We'll still try to coordinate a pickup if possible, but want to avoid pulling people from conference activities for this.Checks can be made out to:

Growing Relationships | Human + Divine  
This wonderful video captures the spirit of the second regional gathering of the UCNOW in September, 2018.  Over 90 Urantia Book students and friends came together at Wallowa Lake in Joseph, Oregon to celebrate and participate in the theme of Growing Relationships | Human + Divine.  Special thanks go to Derek Samaras and Jeremy Daigle for their skillful capturing of the Spirit we experienced at this gathering. SCIENTIFIC SYMPOSIUM IV

Science and Spirituality

It is with a great and joyous anticipation that we await the first solar eclipse to come across North America in several decades.  This amazing eclipse will stretch all the way across the United States of America from Oregon to South Carolina (view the path of the eclipse here). The wonderful thing for Urantia Book readers, is that this eclipse will occur on Jesus’ 2023rd birthday! 

We are hosting the fourth Scientific Symposium.  These symposia had their origin in 1988 in Nashville, Tennessee.  The second was held in 1991 in Oklahoma City. The third was also in Oklahoma City in 1994.  

Our Scientific Symposium as in the past, will be a larger event and will be geared more toward the generic reader of the Urantia Book.  In other words, the science topics will be so well known to the presenters, that they will be able to make their subject matter understandable to nearly anybody.

This exciting event will be held at the Wilderness Camping and Retreat Center near Lawson, Missouri on August 18-21, 2017.  An extraordinary solar eclipse will occur on the occasion of the celebration of the birth of our lord and master, Jesus of Nazareth.  The retreat center is very near to the center of the solar path.  The duration of totality will be 2 minutes and 38 seconds and will occur at 1:08 pm on Monday, August 21st.  We will be in a very dark location, away from lights, so celestial observations at night should be spectacular.

This conference will be a delightfully balanced jubilee of both Science and Spirituality.  A Sunday night banquet will be devoted to marvelous, worshipful remembrances of Jesus and his remarkable life.  Several remembrance presentations will occur along with music and poetry.
