In God's family, no child is unseen. The teachings remind us that true love becomes service.

Human dignity is sacred. Cleanliness restores confidence. Every child carries a spark of Godworthy of care, worthy of love. Kindness is the ministry of the spirit, the way of true brotherhood.

No act of love is ever lost. A little light can lift a life.

In the spirit of love taught by Jesus, we learn that compassion is not only
spoken, it is lived. And so we stepped onto the streets of Kampala where many
walk past but few paused to see.

We found children waking from sleep. Their beds made of socks, their shelter,
the open sky. Yet even here, God's light still rests upon them.

We sat with them, listened to their short and fragile stories. Stories that
broke our hearts but also revealed their strengths.

With simple hands we offered simple kindness. A haircut to restore dignity.
Soap cleans and flesh, clothes to warm them, and food to fill a hungry body and
soul.

As they gathered, their smiles told a story. A story of children who have learned to
survive with little and they still welcome kindness with happiness.

In moments like this, you remember every act of kindness restores the beauty God
placed in every child with every shirt, every pair of shorts.

You could see their confidence return like light coming back into their eyes.
They walk together smile, smiling because even a small promise of a meal
can brighten a child's all day.

Sometimes hope comes in the simplest form like the walk towards the warm
chapat after a long day on streets.

Milestones Achieved So Far

In just over a year, by faith, love, and teamwork, we’ve achieved the following key milestones:

Legal Registration: Our ministry is officially registered in California, USA and Uganda, enabling us to operate both globally and locally.

Website Launch: lovinglightandlife.com was launched to serve as a central hub for information, inspiration, and engagement.
Monthly Face-to-Face Study Groups: With friends both locally and abroad (including partners in the U.S.), we’ve created a consistent rhythm of spiritual fellowship and learning.

January Teaching Event: We hosted our first large-scale gathering in Mbarara, Uganda, offering presentations, group discussions, and distribution of Urantia Books to new seekers.
Community Service & Signage Installations: As part of our outreach, we planted a public signage in Mbarara to promote cosmic values and foster local awareness.

Looking Ahead – May 2025 Teaching Mission

We are currently planning our next Teaching Mission and Outreach for May 2025. Our goal is to:

Visit communities in Kampala, Fort Portal, and surrounding districts.
Distribute 30+ Urantia Books to new students and families ready to explore spiritual truth.
Plant additional signage promoting love, truth, and cosmic values.
Host community classes on topics like Jesus’ life, leadership, and spiritual growth.
Support young readers and seekers through mentorship and study circles.
