What is Alliance for Children and Community Transformation? This is a registered community Based organization found in Uganda,In Africa and found in the Eastern part of Uganda.

This is a Christian founded organization, however we welcome everyone to join us so long as you are willing to follow our principals of Jesus Christ. Since it is a Christian founded organization, we decided to choose Jeremiah 29:11 as our organization Scripture which says God has good plans for you.

This organization has it's Mission,Vision and Core values like any other organizations.

Lifting up the oppressed and unseen communities.

WHY WAS REAL ACTION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOUNDED.

There are very many remote areas in Uganda with no access to good roads, water, schools, tertiary institutions and hospitals and most of no one is able to help each other.Therefore, RACODE was founded to meet some of the above mentioned problems.

WHEN WAS RACODE FOUNDED?

RACODE started on 27/12/2018, but it was officially registered on 29/09/2019.

WHY WAS RACODE FOUNDED? Now called ACCT Alliance for Children and Community Transformation.

After the Christmas of 2018, we realized that were very many families who didn't get anything to eat,on 25. Some families broke up because the husbands had no money to buy rice, meat, chicken,new dresses, shoes for their families.

This was really embarrassing, I couldn't believe it.This was because there are some families who can't even earn 1$ a day or monthly. After registration period, we started doing our Constitution activities.

WHAT ACTIVITIES IS ACCT GIVING TO THE COMMUNITY?

After seeing everything going around the community, some activities were picked up and these include. Evangelism. Children sponsorships Women empowerment programs. HIV/ AIDS Awareness programs. Business skills. Vocational training.

WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE IS ACCT GIVING IT'S SUPPORT?

RACODE, is not like other organizations who segregates people to support. Since are a community Based organization, we have decided to give our support to the following categories of people.

• Orphans.
• Widows. who are Vulnerable.
• Needy and lastly
• Disadvantaged people.

We did this because many organizations in Uganda are only focusing on orphans and widows yet there are some families with both parents but they can't afford to support education and support of their families. As i (we) talk now, we are caring for 23 children and supporting 28 families with the little we have now. But to make matters worse, out of 23 children, no one is sponsored. This has given us had to fulfill our organization objectives and goals..

WHAT IS NEEDED AT ACCT?

Currently, we are operating at a rented single room house.so we are looking for money so that we can buy land build our own offices because we are spending money to pay the house. We are also looking for money to buy land and build our own school, our Target is to sponsor 400 kids in the community.But there is no way how you can sponsor all the 400 kids from primary up to secondary level.Its very expensive,but if we buy land and build our own school, it can reduce on the expenditure of the organization.. We are also looking for sewing machines for both women and men in the community.There are some people in the community with the ideas of making different things like shoes, clothes,but they don't have capital to buy their own machines and I believe if they have the machines, they can support the families with some stuffs.

We are also looking for partners to join hands with us .This could be individual, Church, School, University, Football team, Netball team, Baseball team,

A true religion,  the religion of the spirit, is identical to the religion lived, taught and demonstrated to the world by Our Creator.

Some children here in Uganda need A lot of attention due to what they pass through attempting to get an education. Some have totally lost hope of obtaining an education at a very young stage in their lives. They need counselling and guidance.

Let me take this opportunity to welcome you into our group "Orphanage-program-for-support-of-education-access-to-orphans" which is a project to help the young generations of God who do not have their parents because they died or else these children were mistreated ending up escaping from their home. This has at times caused death of young people due to lack of food to eat and most of them lack clothes to wear hence suffering. To resolve this all, We have setup a charitable organization program to help these children through the younger years providing Education, Food, Clothes and Care to them. We are setting up a school from which these children will be going, so they can acquire better education. We shall ensure that all the needs are provided in time. We also welcome you all who feel like they can take part in sponsoring some of our children so you can make the lives of these children better.

For we cannot support ourselves enough, we also need those who can donate to us so we can run this charitable organization as an NGO/CBS Non Government Community Based Service.
