Congolese Females Action for Promoting Rights and Development COFAPRI is a women's grassroots organization based in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is registered under Ministry of Justice number Just. 112/S-KV/ 3922/2013 and the South Kivu Governor's Office No 01/115/CAB/GOUPRO-SK/ 2014. COFAPRI is empowering women and children survivors of war rape and family discrimination. We are based in the villages of Nyangezi, Katana, Kabamba, Luhihi, Ishamba and Mabingu Nord. 

COFAPRI involves the women in income-generating activities such as sewing, small business, animal rearing and cultivation. We also help the children to have access to school education by facilitating them to enrol in local schools and from there we pay school fees and supply them with school equipment.

COFAPRI also teaches the women basics in reading and writing in order to conduct well their sewing and small businesses activities.

INTRODUCTION

The Creative Urantia Voices Initiative aims to provide a platform for creative individuals to share their vision and ideas for a better world through shared learning sessions, missionary work, digital art and media engagement. It seeks to inspire positive change through Urantia Book atristic expression, foster community engagement, and encourage individuals to take action towards creating a more sustainable shared learning of the Urantia Book in Uganda and beyond.

To foster establishment of shared learning of the Urantia Book and Growth of Readers.

 

MISSION

To Promote a society inspired by the Urantia Book teachings for shared learning.

 

OBJECTIVES

• i.      To establish a shared learning space for the Urantia Book Revelations.
• ii.     To promote the Urantia Book Revelations through community missionary work for shared learning.
• iii.    To strengthen the spiritual awakening of Readers and its promotion through weekly and monthly learning meetings.
• iv.    To amplify readers livelihoods through social economic development.

Target Population 

This initiative is open to all persons who have much interest in reading and enriching their knowledge through the Urantia Book Revelations.

 

Theory of Change

The Creative Urantia Voices Initiative seeks t0 address the Urantia book knowledge gap among readers by providing opportunities for self-motivated individuals from underrepresented communities to showcase their talents and skills. This includes offering training. mentoring, and networking opportunities, as well as creating platforms for individuals to showcase their Urantia artwork. Through this initiative, to create a more inclusive and diverse Urantia Book citations that reflect the rich cultural diversity of our society. By promoting diversity and inclusivity within the Urantia book, the initiative aims at breaking barriers and provide equal opportunities fo all aspiring individuals regardless of their background towards the adoptation of the Urantia Book Revelations.

God’s Universal Knowledge

 “God knows all things.” The divine mind is conscious of, and conversant with, the thought of all creation. His knowledge of events is universal and perfect. The divine entities going out from him are a part of him; he who “balances the clouds” is also “perfect in knowledge.” “The eyes of the Lord are in every place.” Said your great teacher of the insignificant sparrow, “One of them shall not fall to the ground without my Father’s knowledge,” and also, “The very hairs of your head are numbered.” “He tells the number of the stars; he calls them all by their names.”

The Universal Father is the only personality in all the universe who does actually know the number of the stars and planets of space. All the worlds of every universe are constantly within the consciousness of God. He also says: “I have surely seen the affliction of my people, I have heard their cry, and I know their sorrows.” For “the Lord looks from heaven; he beholds all the sons of men; from the place of his habitation he looks upon all the inhabitants of the earth.” Every creature child may truly say: “He knows the way I take, and when he has tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” “God knows our downsittings and our uprisings; he understands our thoughts afar off and is acquainted with all our ways.” “All things are naked and open to the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” And it should be a real comfort to every human being to understand that “he knows your frame; he remembers that you are dust.” Jesus, speaking of the living God, said, “Your Father knows what you have need of even before you ask him.”

God is possessed of unlimited power to know all things; his consciousness is universal. His personal circuit encompasses all personalities, and his knowledge of even the lowly creatures is supplemented indirectly through the descending series of divine Sons and directly through the indwelling Thought Adjusters. And furthermore, the Infinite Spirit is all the time everywhere present.

We are not wholly certain as to whether or not God chooses to foreknow events of sin. But even if God should foreknow the freewill acts of his children, such foreknowledge does not in the least abrogate their freedom. One thing is certain: God is never subjected to surprise.

Omnipotence does not imply the power to do the nondoable, the ungodlike act. Neither does omniscience imply the knowing of the unknowable. But such statements can hardly be made comprehensible to the finite mind. The creature can hardly understand the range and limitations of the will of the Creator.

3. THE URMIA LECTURES

  ^134:3.1 On the way to the Caspian Sea, Jesus had stopped several days for rest and recuperation at the old Persian city of Urmia on the western shores of Lake Urmia. On the largest of a group of islands situated a short distance offshore near Urmia was located a large building -- a lecture amphitheater -- dedicated to the "spirit of religion." This structure was really a temple of the philosophy of religions.

  ^134:3.2 This temple of religion had been built by a wealthy merchant citizen of Urmia and his three sons. This man was Cymboyton, and he numbered among his ancestors many diverse peoples.

If Christianity persists in neglecting its spiritual mission while it continues to busy itself with social and material problems, the spiritual renaissance must await the coming of these new teachers of Jesus' religion who will be exclusively devoted to the spiritual regeneration of men. And then will these spirit-born souls quickly supply the leadership and inspiration requisite for the social, moral, economic, and political reorganization of the world.

195:9.5 The modern age will refuse to accept a religion which is inconsistent with facts and out of harmony with its highest conceptions of truth, beauty, and goodness. The hour is striking for a rediscovery of the true and original foundations of present-day distorted and compromised Christianity -- the real life and teachings of Jesus. 

195:10.10 If the Christian church would only dare to espouse the Master's program, thousands of apparently indifferent youths would rush forward to enlist in such a spiritual undertaking, and they would not hesitate to go all the way through with this great adventure.

196:1.2 Jesus of Nazareth must not be longer sacrificed to even the splendid concept of the glorified Christ. What a transcendent service if, through this revelation, the Son of Man should be recovered from the tomb of traditional theology and be presented as the living Jesus to the church that bears his name, and to all other religions!
