We are thankful for all the love and support that has kept the BCM family going. It is time for a new school term in Jinja, Uganda. Unfortunately the kids aren't prepared with school supplies this time. They have also fallen 2 months behind on the rent. We hope to start construction of a permanent orphanage on the land Robert Walugosi owns this year. It would mean $350 a month that could go to food and school supplies which are desperately needed. All the money from the fundraiser so far has only been enough for survival, but not enough for building. If you feel inspired to help, there are links to my fundraiser on YouCaring.  Our friend Robert Walugosi is founder and manager of Children's Butiiki Ministry. In the past, he has paid rent with help from a donor who has now passed away. He also sold off part of his land inheritance. The other half he hopes will be the future home for the children. He also has sold sugar, but the profits from that have been used to support the orphanage. June rent has to be paid if these kids are going to have a home. Rent is $350. The kids believe that God is going to work in their lives and that things are going to change for them for the better. Robert taught them to have faith. They have been through so much already. Robert does the best he can for them but they still do not have basic needs met. He needs our help. As a spiritual community, we need to find a way to put our money, our talent, and our love to work for these kids. Over 50% of Uganda's population is under 18 and over 10% of these are orphans according to UNICEF. Here is an opportunity to show God's love to these kids. They are expecting good things because they believe, "With God Everything Is Possible." It is so quick and easy to give. The first donations from Beth Goodell's DonorSee Fundraiser arrive at Butiiki Children's Ministry 

This is the way the children of Butiiki Children's Ministry say thank you to the good Samaritans of the world who took notice of their real needs. The clothing the children are waving was purchased from the money send from the DonorSee Fundraiser for the ministry.
