Covid-19: Pharmaceutical giants, Gates, Fauci, UK officials accused of crimes against humanity in International Criminal Court complaint

UK officials and the most influential public health figures are accused of genocide, citing a series of statistics on the impact of “vaccines” and policies imposed under the guise of “mitigating Covid.”

A group including former Pfizer vice president Dr. Michael Yeadon filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) (worth reading) on behalf of U.K. citizens against Boris Johnson and U.K. officials, Bill and Melinda Gates, CEOs of major pharmaceutical companies, World Economic Forum executive chairman Klaus Schwab, and others for crimes against humanity.

The ICC has acknowledged the case and has attributed the following reference number OTP-CR-473/21.

The defendants included:

Dr. Anthony Fauci;
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organization (WHO);
June Raine, executive director of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA);
Dr. Radiv Shah, president of the Rockefeller Foundation; and
Dr. Peter Daszak, president of EcoHealth Alliance, as “responsible for numerous violations of the Nuremberg Code … war crimes and crimes of aggression” in the United Kingdom and other countries.

After repeated unsuccessful attempts to bring a case before the English court system, the plaintiffs resorted to asking with “the utmost urgency” that the ICC “stop the deployment of COVID vaccines, the introduction of illegal vaccination passports and all other types of illegal warfare … being waged against the people of the United Kingdom.”

The group’s complaint filed Dec. 6 presents evidence that COVID-19 “vaccines” are experimental gene therapies designed with bat coronavirus gain-of-function research, arguing that these “vaccines” have caused massive deaths and injuries and that the U.K. government has failed to investigate such reported fatalities and injuries.

that the numbers of COVID cases and deaths have been artificially inflated; that the masks are harmful from hypoxia, hypercapnia, and other causes;
and the PCR tests are “completely unreliable” and “contain carcinogenic ethylene oxide.”

In addition, they argued that effective treatments for Covid-19, such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, were suppressed, resulting in a more significant number of COVID-19 deaths than should have occurred.

They argue that the blockades were enacted under the guise of artificially inflated infection and death numbers from a modified virus, as well as the experimental “vaccines” that have resulted:

Massive short-term harm and death, with at least 395,049 reported adverse reactions to Covid “vaccines” in the U.K. alone;
a sharp increase in ChildLine calls from vulnerable children during lockdowns;
“Wealth and business destruction” through imposed lockdowns.”
“Severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law,” including travel and assembly bans, and forced quarantine and self-isolation;
apartheid due to segregation by possession or vaccination passport;
and “expected reduction infertility” following “vaccination,” among other harmful physical and psychological effects.

In addition, the petitioners contend that “the suppression of safe and effective alternative treatments for Covid-19 amounts to murder and warrants a full investigation by the court.”

They noted that in addition to censorship of online information and promotion of these alternative treatments, “some academic journals are blocking publication of studies demonstrating the effectiveness of drugs such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.”

The petitioners also cited quotes from Holocaust survivors who have drawn “strong parallels between Covid’s restrictions and the beginning of the Holocaust.”

In an open letter, the Holocaust survivors have called on medical regulatory authorities to “stop this unholy medical experiment on humanity immediately,” which they contend violates the Nuremberg Code.

They even allege that “before our eyes, another holocaust of greater magnitude is taking place.” One survivor, Vera Sharav, noted in an interview quoted in the complaint:

“The stark lesson of the Holocaust is that whenever physicians join forces with the government and deviate from their personal, professional, and clinical commitment not to harm the individual, medicine can pervert from a healing and caring profession to a murderous apparatus.”

“What distinguishes the Holocaust from all other mass genocides is the pivotal role played by the medical establishment, the entire medical establishment. The academic and professional medical establishment supported every step of the murderous process.

Doctors and prestigious medical societies and institutions lent the veneer of legitimacy to infanticide, the mass murder of civilians.”

According to the petitioners, all the harmful consequences of the “vaccines,” the enclosures and the virus meet the criteria of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes against the people of the British, because the culprits “members of the U.K. government and world leaders have knowledge and intent with respect to these alleged crimes.”

Indeed, they argue that the destructive consequences of “vaccines,” blockades, and modified viruses are deliberate attempts at depopulation and social destabilization as part of a globally coordinated plan to consolidate wealth and power in the hands of the few.

Therefore, they argue that these measures also constitute a “crime of aggression,” i.e., the effort “to effectively exercise control or direct the political or military action of a State.”

In this case, they claim, the aim is to “dismantle all Democratic Nation States, step by step”, and “destroy small and medium-sized enterprises, transferring market shares to the largest corporations”, owned by the ultra-rich, to give this “elite” group greater political and monetary control.

My name is Craig Backman and until recently, I WAS, a proud Senior Constable with Victoria Police. On the 17th of September 2021, I wrote an email to Management of Victoria Police where I outlined my reasons for refusing to be a part of any activity that I believed unfairly breached the Human Rights of Victorian citizens, as ordered by the Victorian Government. I had hoped that by speaking out in such a formal way, that my message would have been taken seriously by Victoria Police and may have been encouraging to other members, who I knew where also deeply conflicted regarding the enforcement of Health recommendations that have been inconsistent, illogical and detrimental to our communities as a whole, in so many ways.

I was also concerned that Victoria Police was losing the trust and faith of the Victorian Public, through the tactics used to enforce these recommendations, which have at times, in the eyes of many including myself, been quite brutal, and creating unnecessarily dangerous situations for all. I had hoped that my email to Management on the 17th of September clearly explained that our loyalty should be to upholding the rights of the citizens of Victoria, but as I received no reply, I was extremely saddened and disappointed that it appeared our leaders did not share my sentiments. Then, I heard the Premier of Victoria declare that “unvaccinated people” will lose their right to employment and would be “locked out” of both the Economy and the Healthcare System, due to the decision not to take an injection with unknown long term side effects being considered “high risk” behaviour”.

I was so disgusted by this blatant demonising and discrimination against a section of the Public that I made the decision that I could no longer be a part of any organisation that would be party to such blatant and deliberate breaching of Human Rights and creation of a “two-tiered” and segregated society. Let me ask you, if “high risk” behaviour justifies being denied medical treatment, where does that ideology end? Should a person who overdosed on illicit substances be denied treatment and left to die because of the choices they made? How about people who ride motorcycles? Cyclists who ride on the road and get hit by a car? How about smokers, or people who drink too much alcohol, or get diabetes from an unhealthy lifestyle or go on dates with strangers through dating apps and get sexually assaulted? How about rock climbers or Surfers or Race car Drivers or Jockeys or people who play contact sport? Should we also deny medical treatment to these people and leave them to die because of there life choices? Of course not, because that would be inhumane and disgusting in a society that values Human Rights, Freedom of choice and respect for each other as individuals. The Premier didn’t stop there.

Daniel Andrews went on to mandate that all “authorised workers” must be injected with a drug (that has been repeatedly referred to as a vaccine, which it is NOT) that has a poor short term safety record and no long term safety record at all, if they want to retain their Human Right to employment. So now, 2 weeks to slow the spread back in early 2020 has become “show me your papers or no soup for you”! If this situation wasn’t so dire it would be comical! The ability to earn a living, to put a roof over your and your families heads, to put food on the table, to provide basic needs for yourself and you dependents is now being removed from people unless they comply with the Government’s demands. Is this Australia?

Is this Democracy at work or something quite the opposite? The stress, anxiety and pure mental anguish that these “mandates” are causing thousands of Victorians is immeasurable. I shudder at the thought of what these people must be feeling at this point, faced with a choice between starvation and homelessness for their whole family OR participate in a medical trial that has in fact, killed thousands of people around the world. If that is not the very definition of coercion, I don’t know what is. But hey, we’re free to choose, right?

Victoria Police members are essentially “professional investigators”, from the top of the organisation to the bottom. Every rank and role within it attends to jobs that require investigative ability. My disillusionment with the organisation is not only due to the tactics used to Police this Pandemic response, but what I believe to be an abject failure in our ability, as professional investigators, to not see that the narrative used by the Government, did not and does not match the evidence on the ground and from around the world, and therefore further investigation was required. Many of my former colleagues and myself, began to struggle daily, with the constant reminder that our organisation’s leaders seemed to be ignoring clear signs that the evidence from around the world regarding this pandemic, was at odds with what our Government was claiming as fact.

We the physicians of the world, united and loyal to the Hippocratic Oath, recognizing the profession of medicine as we know it is at a crossroad, are compelled to declare the following;

WHEREAS, it is our utmost responsibility and duty to uphold and restore the dignity, integrity, art and science of medicine;

WHEREAS, there is an unprecedented assault on our ability to care for our patients;

WHEREAS, public policy makers have chosen to force a “one size fits all” treatment strategy, resulting in needless illness and death, rather than upholding fundamental concepts of the individualized, personalized approach to patient care which is proven to be safe and more effective;

WHEREAS, physicians and other health care providers working on the front lines, utilizing their knowledge of epidemiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology, are often first to identify new, potentially life saving treatments;

WHEREAS, physicians are increasingly being discouraged from engaging in open professional discourse and the exchange of ideas about new and emerging diseases, not only endangering the essence of the medical profession, but more importantly, more tragically, the lives of our patients;

WHEREAS, thousands of physicians are being prevented from providing treatment to their patients, as a result of barriers put up by pharmacies, hospitals, and public health agencies, rendering the vast majority of healthcare providers helpless to protect their patients in the face of disease.  Physicians are now advising their patients to simply go home (allowing the virus to replicate) and return when their disease worsens, resulting in hundreds of thousands of unnecessary patient deaths, due to failure-to-treat;

WHEREAS, this is not medicine. This is not care. These policies may actually constitute crimes against humanity.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS:

RESOLVED, that the physician-patient relationship must be restored. The very heart of medicine is this relationship, which allows physicians to best understand their patients and their illnesses, to formulate treatments that give the best chance for success, while the patient is an active participant in their care. 

RESOLVED, that the political intrusion into the practice of medicine and the physician/patient relationship must end. Physicians, and all health care providers, must be free to practice the art and science of medicine without fear of retribution, censorship, slander, or disciplinary action, including possible loss of licensure and hospital privileges, loss of insurance contracts and interference from government entities and organizations – which further prevent us from caring for patients in need. More than ever, the right and ability to exchange objective scientific findings, which further our understanding of disease, must be protected.

RESOLVED, that physicians must defend their right to prescribe treatment, observing the tenet FIRST, DO NO HARM. Physicians shall not be restricted from prescribing safe and effective treatments. These restrictions continue to cause unnecessary sickness and death. The rights of patients, after being fully informed about the risks and benefits of each option, must be restored to receive those treatments.

RESOLVED, that we invite physicians of the world and all health care providers to join us in this noble cause as we endeavor to restore trust, integrity and professionalism to the practice of medicine.

RESOLVED, that we invite the scientists of the world, who are skilled in biomedical research and uphold the highest ethical and moral standards, to insist on their ability to conduct and publish objective, empirical research without fear of reprisal upon their careers, reputations and livelihoods.

RESOLVED, that we invite patients, who believe in the importance of the physician-patient relationship and the ability to be active participants in their care, to demand access to science-based medical care.

I've thought about posting this for a long time, but finally decided to do so after the police / ME act yesterday at the Museumplein in Amsterdam.

For 25 years I myself worked with my heart and soul in this organization. From one of the first women in the ME to detective to surveillance service and everything in between.

I was so proud to get my education and start my service in Rotterdam. I could enjoy contact with the public intensely, in any sense. I learned very quickly that the way you treated people was also the way you were treated yourself. Whether this was a case of assistance or giving out a report. I've been through a wonderful time that I cherish to this day. Every day I came home with a feeling of pride. I felt like I could contribute a small part to a better society.

10 years ago I quit. I noticed that a change was being made that I was struggling with. I was forced to make decisions that I didn't support. Decisions that came from The Hague and not from the local mayor who knew so well what was going on in the city. Decisions that prevented me from being employed by those who needed it, but employed those with the greatest power and money. Of course the citizen was suffering from this. After some intense confrontations with executives, I decided to hang my uniform on the coat rack for good, and I didn't regret it for a day. In fact, a whole new world opened up for me, one in which I could be proud of myself!

During the whole *C thing I'm already doing research, apart from the information the Media provides. I quickly felt like something was wrong, because measures were conflicting with each other and the best journalists posted unilaterally.

And now today, (and during previous demonstrations).

There you are, with your helmet on, with protective clothing on, bulletproof vest, long barrel, handcuffs etc. Hiding behind your shield. You look out for yourself and see people who are destroyed by the measures, desperate, dealing with their bankrupt businesses, depressed children, parents who are no longer allowed to see them because they are locked up in their care home etc. People who have made long trips to make their voices heard together. A voice that made sure that YOU too could live in freedom.

Then what goes through you when you see that your presence is absolutely DISPROPORTIONAL in relation to the place where you are at that moment. There is no violence against you, there is no reason for you to be afraid of what is happening before your eyes, yet you stand there and

YOU FOLLOW A CONVENTION.

WITH WEAPEN STOLE HIGH, FORWARD, CHARGE!!!!!!!!

And there you go, you follow the command given and do what the authorities say you should. Clean sweep the entire square!

What then goes through you when an older person doesn't get away fast enough or a child left behind with agony in the eyes because of your performance. Because no ass should fall in the line, you decide to scare and punch these people. Full of adrenaline you push and slap on it or like there's a herd of unhinged hooligans facing you. Without regard to the person, you lift your long baton and beat the older man standing there with his daughter with the only weapon of their voice. Fathers had gone with children because they wanted to tell their children that FREEDOM is something you should never be taken away from.

What is going on in you, you under that helmet, together with your colleagues?

And then it's done, then you drive back to the station together with your colleagues. What are you talking about then? About the ordinary person standing there? Equal to your husband / wife / partner / child / parents / grandparents?

And then it's time to go home. You change clothes in the locker room and hang your uniform in the closet. You look in the mirror. Who do you see? What do you think?

Then you go home, to husband / wife / partner / children / parents and then they ask you how your day has been.

What do you say to them?

I only followed an order?

How long will you hide behind an order, when will the individual you are again?

The man / woman of flesh and blood who can be proud to provide help to those who need it?

Who among you are willing to sell your soul and an eternal adventure to obey an order from a principality of evil and a paycheck? You should fear not those who can kill the body but then have no more power over you, rather you should fear those whose orders and commands can destroy the human soul.

Much of the global media has, in a coordinated fashion, held the narrative that only a small group of “trouble-makers” aren’t complying with the elongated government lockdowns, but after this weekend’s massive protests across the world, that effort is being drowned out by the voice of the People.  The unprecedented numbers that marched in London, Berlin, Ottawa, Zürich and Ireland chanted in unison over loss of livelihoods, loss of freedom and lack of scientific data to back up mandates on masks, quarantines and vaccines.

Saturday, Trafalgar Square was ground zero for the event in Central London. The corporate media spewed every catch-all, discriminatory Big Pharma-friendly cliché in their arsenal to both rationalize and delegitimize the capacity crowd, like this negative extravaganza in The Independent:

Anti-lockdown, anti-vaccine and anti-mask protesters crowd London’s Trafalgar Square. 

Not to be outdone, The Sun’s headline went further reporting Masking the Truth: Up to 10,000 coronavirus conspiracy theorists who think pandemic is a HOAX – including David Icke – march on London.

Many luminaries were scheduled to Skype onto a large screen in the middle of the square, but rushed city ordinances the night before prohibited the trucks delivering the screens to enter the area. Meanwhile, some reports of the power being cut to the video during the event’s speaker line-up may have prevented many experts’ voices from being heard. 

In Berlin, some media estimated 30,000 to 60,000 people, which is a huge turnout, but again, just looking at the video proves an obviously low estimate. Robert F Kennedy Jr. was among the leaders who spoke about the authoritarian response by health officials to the coronavirus. “Governments love pandemics,” said Kennedy Jr., “They love pandemics for the same reason that they love war, because it gives them the ability to impose controls on the population that the population would otherwise never accept.”  

He also discussed how poorly tested 5G technology is being rushed out globally. 

“They haven’t done a good job protecting public health. But they’ve done a very good job of using the quarantine to bring 5G into all of our communities.” 

Zürich, Switzerland saw similar protests as did Ottawa, Canada. Meanwhile, in Ireland, protesters surrounded the media headquarters of their national broadcasting outlet RTÉ shouting ‘fake news.’

Last month, Germany saw nearly a million people protest the German government’s Covid lockdowns. The corporate media absurdly reported only 17,000 showed up. Independent content available to anyone who strayed from Google’s highly manipulated top 25 search results proved mainstream media’s numbers a blatant lie.

Similar “news” obfuscation was attempted in the UK, Ireland, Spain and several other countries this month. Fortunately, live streams don’t lie and citizen journalists keep the corporate media down-players honest.

Still, countries continue to push a similar agenda:  Forced masking of children. Selective enforcement of social distancing. Near hysterical reactions to any potential therapy that isn’t a vaccine. All of this signaling to the public that something is not right. 

Way before Covid-19, the holes exposed in vaccine safety science have become legion. Big Pharma was being called out more and more. There were large and raucous protests in state legislatures, as legal protections for vaccine makers and other WTF facets of the pharmaceutical-medical industrial complex became transparent, showcasing that the regulatory agencies tasked to protect the people have long been asleep at the wheel.

Paradoxically, leaders like Boris Johnson chose to describe those with questions surrounding vaccine safety as “nuts”. Speaking to nurses at a London GP surgery last month, the Prime Minister said: “There’s all these anti-vaxxers now. “They are nuts, they are nuts.”

Yet, those same “nuts” are almost the majority of the public in new polls, showing only 42% of Americans would take the Covid-19 vaccination when it comes out. The public is traumatized because of the government’s ham-fisted Covid lockdowns, especially when the short lockdown turned into a slow-drip of government sponsored captivity. Now those early supporters of lockdown share a feeling of all-out assault on many of their liberties.

In the end, what the trusting public received was a slap in the face. Governments, moving in coordinated action, refusing to lift ‘Covid restrictions’ until everyone receives their Covid-vaccine. A vaccine using questionable medical technology never tried before, against a virus notoriously difficult to create a vaccine against, that is being rushed through its safety testing. 

The Covid vaccine charade is now so flimsy that much of the corporate media and leading medical figures who, before Covid-19, revelled with glee calling anyone who questioned vaccine safety an ‘anti-vaxxer’ are now leading ‘anti-vax’ voices against the shot.

In Russia, defection and vocal opposition from their leading medical figures is plaguing what was only a week ago, positive media coverage of their vaccine. Vladamir Putin took a victory lap too soon, it seems, when he claimed Russia had leapfrogged to head of the global vaccine arms race, the first to register a coronavirus vaccine. 

With so many countries rising up against the Covid lockdown narrative, challenging their government and health officials, the world is now looking to America for their “Trafalgar Square” moment, and hoping it comes soon.
