Yes, God inspired people to write scriptures. And God has not stopped inspiring people to write scriptures or spiritual materials. That God inspires you to write a message does NOT mean every single thing you write is going to be infallible, inerrant, and/or absolute. God inspires you to write does not mean God will miraculously take over your mind, your hand and all your faculties and then write every single thing through you. 

2 Timothy 3:16 has been greatly misunderstood. The Apostle Paul who wrote that statement also indicated to us that some things in his letters that he wrote were his own views not God's instructions or message. For example, in 1 Corinthians 7:12, "To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her." In addition, in 1 Corinthians 13:9, he said, "For we know in part, and we prophesy in part." 

Now please, why would you then take every single word written by such a brother to be infallible, inerrant, and absolute? He has already told you, directly and indirectly that some of what he was writing were his own personal opinions. This does not mean he was not inspired to write.  

God inspires you to write a book does not mean you will not include your own opinions. And yes, people can learn from your own opinion, but it will be wrong, and it can be very disastrous if they regard your opinion as "the know all and be all of it all" - as totally infallible, inerrant, and absolute. When you read any book, including the Urantia Book, the Bible, Quran, Gita, etc, you should submit to the Spirit of Truth to teach you. You should not blindly accept every single thing. If you blindly and foolishly accept every single thing without having a fruitful understanding of what you have accepted, you are most likely going to run into some serious problems. 

Sincerely accept what you can accept now. Leave the rest. With time, you will learn more, and maybe accept some more. YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING IN ONE DAY OR ONE YEAR. God does not have a gun to your head that you must accept everything. Our heavenly Father does not work that way, please. We learn and grow, little by little. The most important thing is not that you understand everything right now. The most important thing is that you have received salvation, and you are walking in love and in other fruits of the spirit. Do that. And little by little, you shall grow and wax very, very great in God's kingdom.

Paul himself did not know that future generations will take his every word as infallible, inerrant, and absolute. These people have created a lot of problems for themselves as a result. And we see these terrible problems playing out in their lives before our very eyes. Paul had his strengths and his weaknesses. He had his successes and his failures... ...Just like you and I. The only totally perfect human being was Jesus. We can, and should add Melchizedek to this list of flawless messengers. 

The Revelators of the Urantia Book highlighted Paul's great contributions and also his shortcomings. We are to learn from his strengths and weaknesses. The Urantia Book quotes a lot from Paul's teachings and also the teachings of various people. The UB is very fair and unbiased. Paul himself never said he knew it all. In short, he said he knew in part - partially. So, please, always bear this in mind when you read his letters. He didn't have all the answers. He got some right and got some wrong.

Paul never said everything he wrote was absolutely correct. He didn't say that, please. Some people are saying that today. But Paul himself never said that. Every single teaching must be brought under the radar of the teachings of Jesus. That's how you do it. Jesus never ever said a book will teach you. But he said THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH will teach you. Tithe is NOT by force. But religious, socio-cultural laws (like the Law of Moses) may force people to pay tithes and attach penalties against defaulters. You, as an individual, have to decide whether or not to subject yourself to such laws. If you understand the teachings of Jesus, you will know that it is NOT in your best interest to enslave yourself to man-made religious, socio-cultural laws. 

At the same time, wisdom may admonish you to practice tithing - NOT under "the law" but under grace. Generally speaking, if you are truly intelligent, wise, and spiritually minded, you will always set money aside, for example, 3%, 10%, 20%, etc. 

This is money we may call "charity money" or "gift money". From this money, you may allocate a portion towards the work of a religious group; another portion towards assisting family members, friends, strangers, etc. And you do so cheerfully, according to what you can afford, NOT foolishly beyond your means. Some people give foolishly in the name of "Dangerous or Violent Giving" and then turn around later to beg others for financial assistance. Please, with all due respect, that's just being stupid. 

Melchizedek lived on earth, in Salem, before there was anything like the Jewish religious, socio-cultural laws, a.k.a. "the Law of Moses." He had a church and sent out missionaries around the world. His members gave tithes to his work. Abraham was one of them. 

We have a Biblical record, "Melchizedek Blesses Abram", Genesis 14:20, https://biblehub.com/genesis/14-20.htm, that makes mention of Abraham giving a tenth to Melchizedek. Please, understand this: What Abraham did was NOT a one-off thing. No, please. The record in the Bible does NOT say that was the first and only time Abraham gave tithes to Melchizedek. 

It simply shows an example, or an incidence of Abraham giving a tenth to Melchizedek, the Sheik, Leader, or King of Salem, who also functioned as a Priest. And there is so, so much more to be said about this amazing Melchizedek Son of God! Think. Listen to the Spirit of Truth. Receive insight. Abraham was a student of Melchizedek, and he regularly gave tithes to his work. 

In short, the Salem colony, at its height, carried over one hundred thousand (over 100,000) regular tithe payers on the rolls of the Melchizedek brotherhood. Human government in the conduct of material affairs continues to function throughout this age of relative progress and perfection. The public activities of a world in the first stage of light and life which I recently visited were financed by the tithing technique. Every adult worker—and all able-bodied citizens worked at something—paid ten per cent of his income or increase to the public treasury, and it was disbursed as follows:

1. Three per cent was expended in the promotion of truth—science, education, and philosophy. 
2. Three per cent was devoted to beauty—play, social leisure, and art. 
3. Three per cent was dedicated to goodness—social service, altruism, and religion. 
4. One per cent was assigned to the insurance reserves against the risk of incapacity for labor resultant from accident, disease, old age, or unpreventable disasters.

Zacchaeus is a very good example (Luke 19:1-10). He sincerely repented. And God forgave him all his sins. This is why Jesus said to him that SALVATION had come to him. It is not proper for some people to twist this and say Jesus did not mean that Zacchaeus had received the free gift of salvation. Please, why are you twisting or misinterpreting Jesus' words all because you stubbornly insist on justifying the man-made blood atonement doctrine of our ancestors and of Paul? 

The seventy (70) evangelists of Luke 10 present another example of believers who were already saved or born again as a result of the Master’s gospel ministry. Our Master, Jesus, himself declared that their names were already written in heaven because they had already received the heavenly Father's (our spiritual Father's) free gift of salvation (Luke 10:18-20). Now please, do people receive salvation at the cross of Christ? Yes, they do. People receive salvation, cross or no cross: by having a personal, life transforming, soul rejuvenating encounter with God and his love. 

You cannot understand the gospel of the kingdom: the gospel of salvation and spiritual growth by using our ancestors and individuals like Peter and Paul as the standard teachers. No, please! Jesus is the standard teacher! All teachings must be brought under the radar of Jesus' teachings. That's how you do it. When you understand these things, you will easily see how people from other cultures and religions here on earth, and also those in other planets (a.k.a. aliens) receive salvation and grow spiritually. And you will not misunderstand the statements Jesus made concerning his death and resurrection. 

Luke 10, NKJV 
18 And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” 
 

A Salvation Prayer  
To receive our heavenly Father's life transforming gift of salvation, please, you may say this prayer in faith:

God, our heavenly Father ministers to us directly. He also ministers to us through his angels: sanobim angels, cherubim angels, seraphim angels, etc. These angels, working with religious leaders worldwide succeeded in prevailing on some of them to replace human blood sacrifices with animal blood sacrifices. 

If man could not immerse himself in faith and faith alone and in sacrifices of a broken heart, a contrite heart, a repentant heart alone BUT INSISTS ON offering his costliest possession - children as sacrifices; if he cannot make that leap from human blood sacrifice to faith and faith alone, then he could be met halfway. At least, it would be better to get him to replace the humans with his choicest animals. The senseless killings of fellow human beings had to stop!

"Spornagia are the only creatures in all the universe of Nebadon who experience this or any other sort of reincarnation. They are only reactive to the first five of the adjutant mind-spirits; they are not responsive to the spirits of worship and wisdom. But the five-adjutant mind equivalates to a totality or sixth reality level, and it is this factor which persists as an experiential identity." Paper 164:3.4 "There was, throughout all these regions, a lingering belief in reincarnation. The older Jewish teachers, together with Plato, Philo, and many of the Essenes, tolerated the theory that men may reap in one incarnation what they have sown in a previous existence; thus in one life they were believed to be expiating the sins committed in preceding lives. The Master found it difficult to make men believe that their souls had not had previous existences." So, according to the Urantia Book, "Spornagia are the only creatures in all the universe of Nebadon who experience this or any other sort of reincarnation." Nevertheless, the Revelators of the Urantia Book did not say reincarnation does not happen in other universes. So, my thinking is that if mortals in another universe can experience reincarnation, then it may be very possible for them to come to our universe and live as mortals on a planet like ours and reincarnate several times. Incarnation In The Urantia Book The Urantia Book teaches that some celestial personalities can and actually do incarnate several times on different worlds: angelic worlds, mortal evolutionary worlds (like ours), etc. It is possible for them to incarnate more than once on a particular planet. This is a case of multiple incarnations. But the authors of the Urantia Book do not use the term, "reincarnation" to describe such experiences. Please see this: Urantia Book Paper 7:5.10 "...The co-ordinate Creator Sons and the associate Magisterial Sons, together with other unrevealed orders of sonship, all partake of this wonderful willingness to bestow themselves upon the varied orders of creature life and as the creatures themselves..." The UB teaches that there are "UNREVEALED ORDERS OF SONSHIP" in the celestial realms who incarnate as other creatures. For example, they incarnate as human beings. The UB does not say they cannot return to the same planet multiple times. My personal understanding is that they can surely return to the same planet and live in the flesh many times. It's possible. The Revelators of the Urantia Book did not go in details with regards to these "unrevealed orders of sonship". However, concerning the Avonal Sons of God, the UB provides more information. It says they come to planets like ours. On Magisterial Missions, they may take on flesh. Sometimes, but not all the time. On Bestowal Missions, they have to incarnate or take on flesh, starting off as babies or adults... "There is no limit to the number of times the Avonal Sons may serve on magisterial and on bestowal missions, but usually, when the experience has been seven times traversed, there is suspension in favor of those who have had less of such service. These Sons of multiple bestowal experience are then assigned to the high personal council of a Creator Son, thus becoming participants in the administration of universe affairs." - Urantia Book 20:2.8 

 The thing is, if there is no limit to the number of times the Avonal Sons can incarnate on planets like ours, then, there may also be no limit to the number of times other unrevealed orders of sonship can incarnate. This may very well be the explanation of some cases that some people call "reincarnation." There are some books that talk about angels like seraphim angels coming to live in the flesh several times on a particular planet. However, I cannot point to any verse in the Urantia Book that confirms this. One thing is certain, a lot, and I mean a lot is going on. But Jesus, in the Urantia Book says clearly that his mortal children that he created "as mortals" do not reincarnate. (Please see UB 164:3.4) Another Interesting Piece Of The Puzzle: Please study the Thought Adjuster papers: Paper 107 to 112. You shall discover that if a mortal makes an eternally binding decision never to follow God, his Thought Adjuster can go to another planet to indwell another mortal. As a result, a Thought Adjuster can live in several mortals. In addition, there are mortals in some planets who are not destined to fuse with their Adjusters. They are destined to fuse with another type of spirit fragment after they die. A Thought Adjuster can serve in the life of two or more such mortals at different times. So, if you have a Thought Adjuster who has lived in different mortals, it is possible for you to tap into the lives of those mortals because some information about them is kept by the Adjuster. When this happens, you may misinterpret the experience, and you may start to think you have lived in the past... ...Hahaha...

There must be some reasons in line with God's eternal divine plan and purpose. In the heavenly realms, there are beings that God created in total, complete perfection. These beings cannot fall; cannot sin; cannot rebel against God. At the same time, they have free will. They are not robots. So please, why is our case different? 

Clearly, there must be some EXPERIENCES that can only be had by beings with free will, who can fall into sin. Beings like you and I. Beings with strengths and weaknesses. Beings with frailties. Beings who are so grossly imperfect. Beings who, from the very beginning have the tendency to rebel against God. These beings, as they climb, evolve, or ascend from gross imperfection to divine perfection, go through EXPERIENCES that CANNOT be had through any other means. 

This is for their own benefit and the benefit of all existences, including the benefit of those created in total, infallible divine perfection. Meanings, values, lessons, discoveries, growth, development, truths, beauty, goodness, etc, etc, are realized that CANNOT be realized through any other means. And they are needed for some grand plan and purpose both now and in the long, long, long distant future, plus all through eternity.

As mortals of planet Earth (Urantia), each of us will forever be associated with the number of our planet, according to the registry of inhabited planets. Our number is 5,342,482,337,666. This means that in all of creation, our planet is the 5,342,482,337,666th planet to be inhabited by evolutionary freewill intelligent mortals. All through eternity, we shall always be known by this number. Our number is 5,342,482,337,666. So, figuratively speaking, we may say it's a mark on our heads. When you get to the seven mansion worlds and beyond (in the heavenly abodes), you will be known as a mortal with that number. 

On Urantia (planet Earth), we start off as low-level, primitive, evolutionary mortals, having the mark of the beast, i.e. the animal, carnal nature, because we evolved from the animal kingdom. We are mortals, with animal, carnal nature. There is a beast in us. We have that animal mark in us. We are evolutionary mortals living on inhabited planet number 5,342,482,337,666. There were already 5,342,482,337,665 planets with evolutionary mortals living in them before our planet earth was suitable for life. 

As a human being, you have a soul and a spirit as well. This spirit is your Thought Adjuster, the still, small voice within, the divine fractal in you. This, your Thought Adjuster begins to engage in a struggle for dominance over your animal, carnal nature. The spirit and the flesh begin to tussle. This leads to all kinds of experiences that can never be had through any other means. These EXPERIENCES contribute immensely for your own benefit and the benefit of all existences: both created existences and uncreated existences. This is all a part of the grand eternal divine plan and purpose of God, our heavenly Father, our spiritual Father, the Causeless Cause, the First Source and Divine Center. Gradually, the mark of the beast will begin to fade away from you, as the spirit gains more and more dominance in the mastery of your mind... ...A day will come either here on Earth (Urantia) or up above in the heavenly realms when the last mark and trace of the animal nature will be gone - removed from you. 

Urantia Book 47:10.2
"John the Revelator saw a vision of the arrival of a class of advancing mortals from the seventh mansion world to their first heaven, the glories of Jerusem. He recorded: “And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire; and those who had gained the victory over the beast that was originally in them and over the image that persisted through the mansion worlds and finally over the last mark and trace, standing on the sea of glass, having the harps of God, and singing the song of deliverance from mortal fear and death.” (Perfected space communication is to be had on all these worlds; and your anywhere reception of such communications is made possible by carrying the “harp of God,” a morontia contrivance compensating for the inability to directly adjust the immature morontia sensory mechanism to the reception of space communications.)" 

Urantia Book 139:4.14 
"When in temporary exile on Patmos, John wrote the Book of Revelation, which you now have in greatly abridged and distorted form. This Book of Revelation contains the surviving fragments of a great revelation, large portions of which were lost, other portions of which were removed, subsequent to John’s writing. It is preserved in only fragmentary and adulterated form." 
We may summarize thus: We have the mark of the beast, that is the animal, carnal nature, and we are from inhabited planet number 5,342,482,337,666. The Book of Revelation in the Bible has been edited. In addition, some portions have been lost; some removed. This is why it seems to suggest that the antichrist will give people a mark called 666. If you read that passage in the Bible, you will see that it says that 666 is the number of man: 
Revelation 13:18, NKJV
"Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666." 

When you consider that the Book of Revelation has been edited, some portions removed, and some portions lost, it will not be difficult for you to understand why that verse was written that way. Yes, 666 is the number of Urantian mortals (earthlings). But the full number is 5,342,482,337,666. This means that in all of creation, our planet is the 5,342,482,337,666th planet to be inhabited by evolutionary freewill intelligent mortals. All through eternity, we shall always be known by this number. 

I think someone or some people, in the process of tampering with the Book of Revelation, may have knocked off all the numbers except the last three numbers (666), thinking it's just damn too long and then twisted the whole narrative to mean something totally different from what the Apostle John actually wrote. Also, please bear in mind that large portions of the book have been lost. These are key reasons why the book is very complex and difficult to understand today. 
The policy of preventing people from buying and selling is nothing new. It happened to Christians during the Roman Empire. It might happen again - not only to Christians but to anyone who refuses to fall in line with the orders of their government. All that does not change the fact that planet earth is the 5,342,482,337,666th planet to have evolutionary mortal life in all of God's vast, vast, vast, vast creation. Please, bear in mind, we have trillions of galaxies. It is NOT wrong for God to create mortals on other planets. In fact, he has already done just that. And is still doing it. Some people may not want to admit that the Book of Revelation has been tampered with. Oh well, one day, they will find out - either here on earth or when they get to the heavenly realms. It's just a matter of time. But blessed are those who understand and accept these things now. Great rewards, they will enjoy - now and in eternity.

Please, look at prophet Micah. He preached against both human blood sacrifices and animal blood sacrifices. Some Jews were practicing both. Micah understood that God did not and does not need blood. 

Micah 6:6-8, NKJV 
6 With what shall I come before the Lord, 
And bow myself before the High God? 
Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, 
With calves a year old? 

7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, 
Ten thousand rivers of oil? 
Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, 
The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? 

8 He has shown you, O man, what is good; 
And what does the Lord require of you 
But to do justly, 
To love mercy, 
And to walk humbly with your God? 

Micah 6:7 shows you and I that Jews were practicing human blood sacrifices AND animal blood sacrifices. Jephthah in Judges 11:30-39 is a popular example. God never ever demanded Jephthah to kill or sacrifice his daughter; to spill her blood. But very, very sadly, he did just that. 

Abraham lived about 1,000 years before Jephthah. Abraham also believed in human and animal blood sacrifices. He almost killed his firstborn son, Isaac - a very act that Micah spoke against. Divine intervention saved Isaac from a terrible, senseless death. 

And then we have Leviticus 5:11 and Hebrews 9:22 contradicting each other. Leviticus says blood can be replaced with fine flour. Hebrews says it cannot. All these should tell you that blood sacrifices is a man-made doctrine. Just man trying to figure out the whole ordeal of sin, forgiveness, justice, etc. Blood sacrifices is not a divine doctrine. 

True repentance from the heart and a wholehearted commitment to embrace and walk in the divine love is all that our heavenly Father requires in order to forgive sins and bless us with salvation. His love is all-powerful to break the yoke of sin and destroy the charm of evil. Blood is not needed in the equation. 

Yes, souls receive salvation at the cross of Christ. It is not because of his blood. No, please, It is as a result of the divine encounter they have with the divine love at the cross. Without this encounter, salvation will not occur even if they scream a thousand times, "Blood of Jesus, wash away my sins!" Jesus proved blood is not needed in order to forgive sins by forgiving the sins of people before he died and resurrected: Luke 5:24 and Luke 7:48 are popular examples. 

Jesus did not teach the blood atonement doctrine. Our Master did not go from place to place teaching that sins cannot be forgiven without the shedding of blood. We know what he preached as he traveled from place to place: "Repent. Accept divine forgiveness. Embrace love and walk in it. The kingdom of God is within you. Herein is your salvation." 

Paul preached a different gospel from what Jesus preached. This contributed to different spiritual embarrassments he suffered, including a thorn in his flesh. Millions upon millions upon millions of followers of Paul today are suffering spiritually as well. It's like a curse. Sadly, they are not even aware of the reason they are suffering spiritually. When they do, and change, a very, very great deliverance will come to them.

Air planes have wheels, wings, cameras, lights, etc. These cameras and lights can be seen as eyes. (Even our cars are beginning to have cameras and lights all over - EYES!) Some mortals in other planets with far, far advanced technologies have spacecrafts that may not have traditional wings and are circular, and have a lot of cameras and lights - "covered in eyes".

It is important to understand that the tech or apparatus that celestial personalities travel with (or in) are NOT the same as the ones mortals travel in. However, we may observe some similarities: "as above, so below." 
One rule of thumb is this: If your human eyes can see the craft, then it's a terrestrial craft, carrying mortals - mortals of planet earth or mortals from other planets. If it is invisible to your eyes, beyond the range of human vision, and only visible to your spiritual eyes, then it's a craft or transportation apparatus of celestial beings. Now, it is very interesting to note that there are celestial beings themselves that function as transportation vehicles - for example, seraphim angels: "seraphic transports."
