What Lies Ahead? The Grand Solar Minimum

We are all aware of the environnmental crisis that humanity (and all life on Earth) faces, characterised by the term ‘climate change’. Much of the current thinking in the scientific community is promoting the idea that our planet is rapidly warming due to excess CO2 (carbon dioxide) gas produced by humans in the last few centuries, and the last 70 years in particular.

While there is a very strong and hard to deny case to suggest that human activity is the main cause of environmental destruction, the premise that it is due primarily to CO2 emissions is beginning to look somewhat flawed. I am well aware that the previous sentence is likely to draw a lot of negative attention and criticism, with accusations of ‘climate denier’ being thrown at me. However, the situation is not that simple as to be a case of ‘global warming’ being the main influence or no influence at all.

The reality of the situation is complex. In my opinion the main drivers of the environmental crisis are many, but put in simple terms – destruction of wild habitats, pollution due to industrialisation, over-use of soils, over-population, erosion of soils leading to desertification or barren, infertile landscapes, monoculture agriculture and climate fluctuations. Notice that I did not use the term ‘climate change’ which in the current scientific norm implies warming.

While the planet has undoubtedly warmed up, in part due to human activity and CO2 production, the current popular thinking completely ignores historical CO2 levels beyond the last millennium and also the primary input on temperatures on this planet and all eight of the planets in this solar system. That input, although largely ignored at the moment, is of course our sun, which on average generates 3.8 x 1026 Joules (energy) per second. Human energy usage per year is around 5 x 1020 Joules, which is about 1 million times less than the Sun produces during 1 second! In fact, in the whole of human history we have used less energy that the Sun produces in that 1 second.

So, given the above, it stand to reason that the energy of the Sun must have a significant effect on the energy available on this planet and the heat energy (temperature) that is captured by it, as it rotates around the Sun. If we look at the history of Earth, particularly through the use of ice-core samples, we can see that the temperatures on our planet follow a very distinct pattern. On a macro level this can be observed as a huge cycle of glacials (ice-ages) and interglacials, with the ice ages lasting many times longer than the interglacial (warm) periods. We are currently in an interglacial, which began approximately 11,500 years ago and it is estimated that it will end some time within the next 50,000 years.

On a micro level, the Sun undergoes cycles of around 11 years known as the solar magnetic activity cycle, which has been studied and recorded by humans for approximately 400 years. During each cycle the number of sunspots peaks and falls in a recognisable pattern. However, this pattern of approx. 11 years is itself part of a much longer solar pattern of solar minimums and solar maximums. For instance the Medieval maximum (grand solar maximum) lasted from 1100-1250 (warm period) and the famous Maunder Minimum (grand solar minimum) lasted from 1645-1715 (cold period). The later was known as a mini ice age due the particularly drastic drop in global temperatures that affected crop-growth and led to bitter winters for a period of 70 years.

Scientists that study the sun are well aware of these periodic cycles both on the 11 year scale and on the larger scale of 70–100 years, known as the Gleissberg cycle. We have just finished a solar maximum cycle of around 70 years and are now heading into a both a new 11 year cycle and a new grand solar minimum cycle that will reach its lowest (coldest) point some time between 2030 and 2040. You don’t need to take my word for it – this has been confirmed by NASA and by the National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration (NOAA). NOAA predictions of sunspot and radio flux appears to show a ‘full-blown’ grand solar minimum (GSM) which will last from the late-2020s to at least the 2040s.

This means that the coming solar minimum is going to be not only a grand solar minimum, but perhaps the worst one since the Maunder Minimum in the 1600s. One would expert this to have been front-page news, but outside of the scientific community this information is virtually unheard of and little understood. One must ask – why is this the case? The simple answer to this question is that the solar predictions destroy the current scientific and cultural narrative of ‘Climate Change’ in the form of warming.

There will indeed be climate change in the coming decades, but for the next 10 to 40 years it is going to get colder, not warmer! The same thing will happen on the 7 other planets in this solar system, because the main factor affecting planetary temperatures is the activity of the Sun. Given that so much time, effort and money has been invested in ‘global warming’ as a premise for change in how human society is run, it is very much an “inconvenient truth” that is beginning to arrive just at the time when we are beginning to take more affirmative action on environmental issues.

The controversial news that the Earth (and all 7 other planets) will cool down in the next 10-40 years is politically highly inconvenient and that is why it is being kept quiet. Getting rid of fossil fuels, caring for our environment, lowering industrial output, ending industrial farming and reducing livestock, plus a gradual reduction in the human population are all excellent goals. Unfortunately the rationale for doing this, that has been sold to the public, is most likely entirely misguided. The net effect of this false premise may well be that environmentalists and main-stream public scientists will look like fools by the end of this decade. The cooling of planet Earth may well be seen as justification to abandon environmental concerns and reform of our economic systems, which would be a terrible tragedy.

In order to avoid this highly likely total embarrassment, world governments and the scientific community need to admit that the coming dip in solar energy output is going to lead to the cooling of our planet for at least 2 decades, possibly 4 or 5 or even 7 decades! This is not conspiracy, this is not mis-information or propaganda – this is proven, verifiable fact which can be validated by current solar observation, previous observation of sun cycles for 400 years and ice-core samples stretching back millions of years.

As someone who has been involved in the environmental movement since I was 16, when I joined a conservation group at college, I am very concerned about how this plays out. If the public feels that they have been lied to it may lead to a backlash and a disinterest in environmental issues. The reasons I outlined at the beginning of this article are more than sufficient for humanity to change its modus operandi. One does not need to concoct highly improbable narratives about the world ‘burning up’ within decades to justify environmental activism. In fact the coming GSM is likely to produce similar negative effects to predicted ‘global warming’, such as habitat loss, loss of farming land, a drop in food availability, migration, social unrest and possibly other problems too.

It is time that the whole ‘climate change’ theory was re-assessed and the known solar activity cycle as observed by NOAA and NASA taken into account. To fail to do so is total folly and only creates another problem, that will come back to haunt us if the grand solar minimum is ignored. We do need to take better care of our world and learn to live far more harmoniously within it, but we need to base our actions on good science and not on misleading or inaccurate information.

If you want to grow as a Christian, it can never be overemphasized that you must put the Word of God first.

Putting the Word first means that it is the starting point in every aspect of your life.
Take for example when you awaken. What is the first thing you look for? Is it the messages that you received on WhatsApp while you slept? Is it how many likes your latest post on Facebook has acquired? How many people have commented on your latest photograph on Instagram?

Every new day is a gate. How you start it defines a lot about how you will spend the rest of it. If you start it with the Word, it lights the path of your day.

Another way to have the word first is to make it your source and not merely your reference. Some Christians merely refer to the Bible. They go to it to double-check particular points and how they resonate with their present circumstances.

What does it have to say about anxiety when they are feeling anxious? What does it have to say about healing when they feel pain in their bodies?

Treating the Word of God as a reference means that you only visit it but you do not live in it.

Even to God, the Word was first. Creation was not possible without it. He went as far as exalting His Word above His very name

(Psalm 138:2).
I urge you to treat the Word with all the seriousness it deserves. Circumstances change when we give the Word priority; destinies are aligned when the Word is first.

The size of a ministry is not measured by how large its congregation is or how big its building is.

The size of a ministry is measured by the heart of the minister.
The heart is what God looks at before He uses anyone. The Bible says that His eyes roam throughout the earth searching for them whose heart is perfect toward Him.

What kind of heart moves God to use a minister?

God responds to a heart that beats for souls.

There are ministers of the gospel who are too concerned with what they have or do not have. They are looking at the machines they use in ministry, looking at the amount of collections they make every Sunday or looking at what is needed to complete that church building project.

Those are merely tools for service, they are not the heartbeat of ministry.
God is interested in the man or woman of God whose heart is on his people, on their spiritual growth, their zeal for the things of the Spirit and their attachment to kingdom purposes.

That is the kind of ministry that will grow and flourish because at its centre is what God desires--souls.

A Tale as old as Time

If you’ve never been in a relationship with an abusive person it is almost impossible to recognise the abuse, especially if the abuser is a truly clever manipulator. There are several factors that hamper individual’s ability to detect the problem. Firstly, because “you” would never abuse someone you couldn’t imagine the mindset of a person that for whom abuse is just another tool to be used to achieve a goal, much less the mind of a person that would enjoy such a despicable thing. It is that inability to conceive the abusers mindset that often leads victims to engage in all kinds of justifications for the reprehensible behaviour of the abuser.

For the abuser the primary goal is control, once that’s been achieved the victim can be twisted and contorted in any way to satisfy the whims of the abuser. The abusers job is near complete when the victim has internalised the abuse. In a sense, they become possessed by the spirit of the abuser and exorcising that evil spirit can be painful. To an abuser the victim is merely a means to an end, an object to be controlled as opposed to a person to be cherished. This vision of another human being is also quite inconceivable to any well meaning soul and their naiveté and good nature operate as an effective blinker, blinding the victim to the real motives underlying the abusers behaviour which again can lead to a protraction of the relationship.

Few horrors equal the first moment of revelation that this person with whom you are engaged is truly and actually malevolent and few struggles are more terrifying that endeavouring to break free from the grip of a genuinely malevolent being.

Abusers can often become peculiarly bound to their victims. The ‘loss of control’ of the victim is an affront, an insult, a shame and these irrational creatures often become obsessed with the one that has escaped from their clutches and consequently plot and scheme to reclaim “their” possession or otherwise commit themselves to tormenting and wrecking vengeance for the perceived insult. However, once the victim comes to understand the pathology they become forever loosed from the abuser; in a sense, they become inoculated against this malignancy. Hence, are the abusers driven to pursue damage limitation by casting aspersions on the good character on their ‘beloved’. This is a tale as old as time.

Examples of the kinds of methods these dark creatures employ are: gas-lighting, isolation, terrorising, any and all things are justified in order to attain the end goal which is control.

The experience of abuse leaves an indelible mark. You can become cursed with anxiety as a result of the discovery that not everyone is full of sweetness and light and so can become suspicious and distrustful of everyone – even those who genuinely love you and who would do you no harm. This is a natural and instinctive reaction to trauma, instinct makes us conservative.

The fundamental dynamics of the relationship between an abuser and its victim can be found echoed in both micro and macroscopic dimensions, like between a government and its people. There is a huge trust relationship and a tremendous imbalance of power between the individual and the state and our ancestors, who were subject to an incredible amount of abuse at the hands of the state, have endeavoured to correct this imbalance through devices like a constitution. Abusers HATE to be impeded, which is remarkably ironic and spectacularly hypocritical because while they strongly resent having to be forced to conform to the will of the constitution they utterly love bending everything and everyone to serve their will. Consequently, malevolent state actors will intentionally seek to remove restraints on their action. They will often do this by so orchestrating events such that the victim will positively BEG the abuser to behave in the way the abuser wishes to behave [Problem/Reaction/Solution]. And so, malevolent state actors will shamelessly and with wicked intent contrive scenarios where the villain will appear as a hero all the while secretly undermining the victim – leaving them perilously exposed.

And just like the victim who could not conceive that they are in a relationship with a genuinely abusive person, so the unwary citizen is duped into thinking that the state is acting with their best interests at heart. Alas, waking up to this disturbing truth often occurs far too late and the abuse continues far longer than it should have because of the blindness of the citizen.

The story plays out nationally exactly as it does personally. Friends and family of the victim get involved because they care about their loved one and they despise the abuser. So they remonstrate with their loved one, ‘S/he’s a monster/a bad egg/you have to leave him/her’ but the victim clings to their abuser all the more while the villain vilifies family and friends, casting aspersions on their character. This exact scenario is what occurs when patriots speak out in defence of the nation. The abusive state depicts its critics as destroyers, not to be trusted, and wickedly intentioned - accolades which in truth belong to them.

Wherever there exists a tremendous imbalance of power, like between the state and the citizen, the likelihood of being abused is directly proportional to the naiveté of the people. As Mark Twain once said, ‘It’s easier to fool the people than to convince them that they’ve been fooled.’ In light of these reflections, one could say that it is easier to abuse people than convince them that they are being abused.

Rolling back on constitutional protections is not a path to peace, safety, and security. It is, without question and every single time it is indulged, a direct path to shame, destruction, despair and horror. All those who say otherwise are liars, thieves, and abusers of life and liberty and they cannot be trusted. Right now, for the first time in human history, the whole world has entered into an abusive relationship. The devastation will, likewise, undoubtedly be global.

Perhaps, when all this is done, some form of global constitution will be formed and the human race will learn to enshrine the sacredness of life, liberty, and the freedom to pursue happiness. Perhaps it will address and correct the imbalance of power between the citizen and the state, the consumer and the corporation, society and social media. Perhaps the world will learn the only cure for political treachery is lead and enact it quickly before these fools destroy us all. Perhaps, like the abuse survivor who emerges from the abusive relationship wiser and stronger – pledging to themselves to never entertain an abuser again, the whole world will finally learn how to protect itself from the wicked intentions and machinations of malevolent beings and, consequently, learn to live in peace and prosperity.

We’ve got a lot to learn and don’t we just love to learn the hard way?! God have mercy on us all.

RAISING THE YOUNG CHILDREN IN GOD'S IMAGE THROUGH THE URANTIA BOOK

I am called Godwin Nasser from Western Uganda in Ibanda district. I am the founder of the Urantia book called RAISING THE YOUNG CHILDREN IN GOD'S IMAGE THROUGH THE URANTIA BOOK.

Our Group started in September 2020 and we are 8 people studying. Godwin Nasser Mukama Tayebwa Allan Akampa Eunice Nampa Rita Arinda Daphine Nabaasa Pauline Kansime Judith Twine Samuel. In a week we study the revelation twice ie Saturday and Thursday. We have gone as far way in paper 142 and our lives for sure they are changing due to the revelation.

Yes - it's interesting right? At once he is "God" but also "Man" - he is the very mixture of those two facts. So some of his reactions are more from his human (bottom up) part and other are his God (Top down) part.

From the perspective of him in his life here - he would be humanly desirous of creating huge progress for the world (ideals) - but he would at once be cognizant that he needed to teach in a way that allowed for the people of the time (and those who came after his time here) - to have legitimate ideas that could help us move forward from where they were at the time - towards the very progress that he wished for the world. This is why he taught carefully and wisely.

He did not proclaim "God The Mother" (Paper 117) - for he well knew that the complexity of the Mother-like Deity (for example) was too much for this world at that time: God transcendence - without - Father - Place like - at the centre of all God imminence - within - Mother - Womb like - we literally live within God The Son/Mother. The revelations of God The Mother was left until The Urantia Book. And even now, many are not ready for that!

Breaking Barriers for the New Revelations

Dear Readers,

We welcome you all to another second month of engagement for the year 2021. As Christians, we are part of a movement that seeks to draw all people into the gracious, reconciling love of God through Jesus Christ.

It is Christ’s call on our lives to know Him, to make Him known and in the process draw everyone into the life that is really life, the life lived with God and for the welfare of others and ourselves.

Too often our Christianity is quiet, personal, merely a contained part of our lives. We tend to focus on our relationship with God, on our prayer life, on our call, on our experience of God. This is a wonderful and important part of the Christian life, but since no one can be a Christian on their own, it is important that we remember that we are part of a community and a specific kind of community at that. Jesus wants us to be known by our love for one another and so Christian community seeks both a vertical relationship with God and a horizontal relationship with others. That’s part of what church is about the shared connection to God and the shared connection to others.

During the month of February, we have been engaging various government and non-governmental leaders especially those in civil service on how best they can get interested into the Urantia Book Revelations as part of their day to day references for their work.

As well, we managed to involve our teams in drafting UB refresher training of trainers, and also planning for the upcoming months. Our achievements and future plans of the upcoming months are presented in the next pages of this report.

We therefore request everyone to take some time to read through and give feedback on how you feel towards our ministry work and how best we can be supported to perform better in increasing the UB Family of readers.

SUCCESSES OF THE MONTH:

STAKEHOLDERS MEETINGS: During the Month of February, we have continuously engaged various organizational leaders and government ministries on how best they can incorporate our UB revelations into their Weekly programs. As we continue to support the expansion of the Urantia Book Revelations in preparations for the August Conference here in Uganda, we are organizing pre-awareness sessions with various stakeholders in support of the Urantia Book introduction to Ugandan communities. All the leaders we have managed to engage are in full support of our work and the introduction to the Urantia Book Revelations.

Along, we also conducted other awareness meetings with other partner leaders as a way to interest them into adopting the UB Revelations most importantly in sharing sessions at least 2 times a month. We have also been able to simplify the UB revelations to the teams that we engage especially those that show much interest in learning and adopting the UB revelations into their sharing meetings.

URANTIA BOOK REVELATIONAL SHARINGS:

During the Month of February, we managed to conduct several sharing sessions and planning meetings ahead of the community awareness series that we have planned starting in the month of March 2021.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTS:

But given the goings on in the world, the turmoil and brokenness around us and Jesus’ command to make disciples of all people, God wants more from us as persons and more from us as the Church. As an Episcopal Leader, we try to keep in mind the personness of the life with God with the call to make disciples and grow the UB Revelations. During the month of February, we engaged various community members in sharing sessions and preparing them for what comes in the upcoming months.

As a norm for the Wilmat Urantia Book Readers give back to community, during the same month, we managed to support some orphaned and vulnerable children at Lord’s Mercy Children’s Foundation with basic items to 35 beneficiaries like pair of shoes, soap, body jelly among others along with sharing moments of our summaries of the UB Revelations.

UB REVELATIONAL EXPANSION FUTURE PLANS:

DATABASE DEVELOPMENT: During the last meeting with the Ugandan UB Team and the IFC, an idea was re-shared on how best we can develop a joint database to aid in the UB sharing sessions and meetings especially in capacity building series for members. As an organization, we currently have over 5,000 contacts that can be utilized for the UB revelations expansion.

SMS ALERTS SHARINGS: From the Database development, an SMS platform that has been under use by the Wilmat Development Foundation under the Administration of Jockas Matte. In order to always send timely SMS UB sharing, updates and call to action for members who are interested in learning more and amplifying their faith.

TRANSLATIONAL MESSAGES: In our quest to Enrich more lives and contribute to the Expansion of the UB Family of Readers, our team has continued to translate some of the information especially for group sharing, however, more support is highly needed to translate more content for community beneficiaries to understand more easily. The fact that the UB Revelations are in English language, most of the Ugandan communities speak different dialect hence the need to translate into local languages that can be easily understood by readers.

LEADERS MEETING: In our quest to expand the UB Revelations, we are planning to hold at least two mega meetings as a way to introduce new members into the Urantia Book Revelations along with other programs that we have at hand to empower and strengthen our communities. We are already in the planning processes to conduct Monthly Awareness Mega sessions for new members to at least 200 members in a phase of 100 each session. These will contain Local District Leaders, Community members, government leaders and other Civil society members.

New Life Africa Ministries Revelation Progress & Activities late January through February

Good morning from Uganda it has been rainy and some places dusty in Uganda with cloudy space most of the time .
I and my family are doing well in the lord.

I would like to report on recent activities having to do with the outreach of the Urantia Revelations in Uganda.

New Life Africa Ministries has been graced with a Urantia Fellowship 2nd Miler Grand that has enabled us to reach farther into the remote village areas of Uganda. We have purchased 18 Bicycles for our Pastors, so they can travel greater distances and greatly shorten travel time in reaching out in service to the communities in small village.

These Pastors have asked me to thank those who have participated in these gifts to the ministry. We now have a revelation in motion.

The Lord is doing a Great work in Uganda using the study of the new revelations in the Urantia Book.

First and foremost I have not been able to visit all of the locations of where each person who received the urantia book is. The good news is I have been in contact with them on phone calls this is what is happening.

1- Pastor Aggry Abure in Kasana Wampogoma BC. Gave me his report that " I am not able to take photos due to the type of phone but I have been handling a study group of 15 members. We do a study and I am teaching through the Urantia Book. I will invite you to come and join us one Wednesday. I want to thank you for the provision of the means of transport (bicycle) that has enabled me to visit and pray with my members and I am thank full to the Urantia Fellowship ".

2- Bishop James Alwenyi this is what he said on phone call.

" At joy Baptist Church in Busana, we have a study group of 18 persons going through the Urantia Book and my people. I help them go through it. I need more books for each to have one. I will need you to come and take photos and also have time with us. I thank you for this opportunity you have given us to be enlightened and teach them about the new revelation. Thank you for the means of transport as well it is helping us so much."

3. Farouk Kyagera in Mayuge. " Thank you Bishop Oyuki! We just began a new church plant and we use the Urantia Book as well in our study as we look into the bible and go deep in the Urantia Book. We are blessed our church is growing to 20 now I will need more books.".

I wish to extend much thanks to Pastor Soren. He has sent Urantia Books by UPS and they have arrived.

Also another 400 books have been shipped and are coming to Jinja.

This is a great opportunity of Ministry in Uganda and I wish to thank all donors to the Urantia Ministry and all friends of the revelation. Thank you so much for being part of what God is doing in Uganda.

We need more support in many ways as the Lord is expanding the Kingdom work here in Africa.

Urantia Revelation Outreach and Training Activities February 2021

GOLDEN AGES FOUNDATION (GAF.Ug)

Introduction.

M4ST project is aiming at contributing to the extension of spiritual truth to the communities of Kigezi Region. It targets a number of 30 members (individual readers) by the end of the project period.

Implementation Progress.

-Kabale, 13 members received the Urantia books and are reading individually. The project commenced on 30th January 2021, on this day 8 members attended the induction meeting whereby the presentation about the Urantia book was made. The team held a discussion after the presentation, and it was all fruitful and suggested to start a WhatsApp group where we can continue sharing information from.

-In Kanungu we have a team of 11 members who are individual readers, of which I have met each physically and have had one on one discussions and have shared with them the presentation.

-I have continued to introduce the UB to my friends even outside Kigezi region I have sent 2 books to my friends in Fort Portal. I introduced this book to my other friend who is in United States, he is a medicine student at Wayne state school of medicine, and he will soon contact the team for the copy.

Lessons learned

People need spiritual information but have strings attached with religiosity and information from outside their spiritual denominations is questioned harshly.

Project Adjustments.

-It is becoming hard to have all the readers together at the same time, as everyone is committed at the respective place of work, I have resorted to visiting each individual to the workplaces at each ones convenience.

-We have introduced a social media platform (WhatsApp) where we have discussions concerning the revelations and where we share information from.

Conclusion

A word of thanks to the leaders, for the great support and love for the extension of the revelation.

Monday 15th - Feb - 2021 BUGOSA-BUTALEJJ

It's was on last Monday 15th - Feb - 2021, when I held a very large gathering again purposely for us to have leadership in Eastern Uganda for proper administration of our Urantia book study and the extension of the New revelations effectively to all communities of Eastern Uganda particularly through the Church as our major approach!

People traveled from very far distances to BUGOSA-BUTALEJJA where our meeting was held, the major purpose for this meeting was to introduce the UB to the New people from different districts and also to have leaders chose by the people themselves to have our activities well coordinated!

This was very much welcomed with great Joy, and the exercise begun of course. 34 districts were divided into there major sub-regions each region covering 10 or slightly more districts and being headed by Sub regional Overseers, below that we have Zones which consists of 5-6 districts headed by Assistant Overseers , below that still we have Districts headed by Coordinators, below that level we have sub- Counties headed by Chairpersons responsible for organizing and preparing Study Centres in each Parishes of all Sub-Counties with each center having a minimum number of 30 members in that given UB Study group!

Pictures are to be shared here of the leaders selected by the people themselves!! Here people believe in choosing leaders by themselves and once that is done, they will always respect them and more so enjoy working and in Unity of mutual agreement.

We agreed on the effort that in each parish there shall be study centres and there shortly after in each village under serious monitoring by the leadership on each level this will greatly help spread the New revelations easily and quickly. These are some of the selected leaders.

In the below pictures, we have our Sisters helping in the department of Food for the people to have something to eat during our meetings, you can not bring all those people together and fail to feed them.

I was teaching and preaching to the people as in encouraging them and guiding them where necessary. These are all people receiving hope and hope through the New revelations found in the Urantia Book

Great Reset? Putin Says, "Not So Fast"

Did you happen to catch the most important political speech of the last six years?

It would have been easy to miss given everything going on. In fact, I almost did, and this speech sits at the intersection of nearly all of my areas of intense study.

The annual World Economic Forum took place last week via teleconference, what I’m calling Virtual Davos, and at this year’s event, of course, the signature topic was their project called the Great Reset.

But if the WEF was so intent on presenting the best face for the Great Reset to the world it wouldn’t have invited either Chinese Premier Xi Jinping or, more importantly, Russian President Vladimir Putin.

And it was Putin’s speech that brought down the house of cards that is the agenda of the WEF.

The last time someone walked into a major international forum and issued such a scathing critique of the current geopolitical landscape was Putin’s speech to the United Nations on September 29th, 2015, two days before he sent a small contingency of Russian air support to Syria.

There he excoriated not only the U.N. by name but most importantly the U.S. and its NATO allies by inference asking the most salient question, “Do you understand what you have done?” having unleashed chaos in an already chaotic part of the world?

As important as that speech was it was Putin’s actions after that which defined the current era of geopolitical chess across the Eurasian continent. Syria became the nexus around which the resistance to the “ISIS is invincible” narrative unraveled

And the mystery of who was behind ISIS, namely the Obama administration, was revealed to anyone paying attention.

President Trump may have taken credit for beating ISIS, but it was mostly Putin and Russia’s forces retaking the Western part of Syria which allowed that to happen, while our globalist generals, like James Mattis, did as much damage to Syria itself and as little to ISIS as possible, hoping to use them again another day.

And regardless of whether you agree or disagree with the U.S.’s policy in Syria, which I most definitely do not, it is hard to argue that Russia’s intervention there fundamentally changed the regional politics and conflicts for the foreseeable future.

It was the beginning of the voluntary disconnection of China, Russia and Iran from the West.

For standing athwart U.S. and European designs on consolidating power in the Middle East, Russia has been vilified in the West in ways that make the indoctrination I received as a kid growing up in the Cold War look like vacation advertisements for spending the summer in Crimea.

But it is that strength of purpose and character that has defined Putin’s two decades in power. He’s done wonders in rebuilding Russia.

He’s made many mistakes, mostly by first trusting American Presidents and second by underestimating just how arrogant and rapacious the leadership in Europe is.

That said, he’s now reached his limit, especially with Europe, and he’s set a firmly independent path for Russia regardless of the short-term costs.

And that’s why his speech at the World Economic Forum was so important.

Putin hadn’t spoken there for nearly a decade. In a time when WEF-controlled puppets dominate positions of power in Europe, the U.K., Canada and now the U.S., Putin walked into Virtual Davos and dumped his coffee on the carpet.

In terms I can only describe as unfailingly polite, Putin told Klaus Schwab and the WEF that their entire idea of the Great Reset is not only doomed to failure but runs counter to everything modern leadership should be pursuing.

Putin literally laughed at the idea of the Fourth Industrial Revolution – Schwab’s idea of a planned society through AI, robots and the merging of man and machine.

He flat-out told them their policies driving the middle class to the brink of extinction over the COVID-19 pandemic will further increase social and political unrest while also ensuring wealth inequality gets worse.

Putin’s no flower-throwing libertarian or anything, but his critique of the hyper-financialized post-Soviet era is accurate.

The era dominated by central banking and the continued merging of state and corporate powers has increased wealth inequality across the U.S. and Europe, benefiting millions while extracting the wealth of billions.

Listening to Putin was like listening to a cross between Pat Buchanan and the late Walter Williams. According to him the neoliberal ideal of “invite the world/invade the world” has destroyed the cultural ties within countries while hollowing out their economic prospects. Putin criticized zero-bound interest rates, QE, tariffs and sanctions as political weapons.

But the targets of those weapons, while nominally pointed at his Russia, were really the West’s own engines of vitality, as the middle classes have seen their wages stagnate, and access to education, medical care, and the courts to redress grievances fall dramatically.

Russia is a country on the rise, so is China. Once their ties are embedded deeply enough to stabilize its economy, so too will Iran rise.

Together they will lead the central Asian landmass out of the nineteenth-century quagmire that exists thanks to British and American intervention in the region. Putin’s speech made it clear that Russia is committed to the process of finding solutions to all people benefiting from the future, not just a few thousand holier-than-thou oligarchs in Europe.

In a less confrontational address, Chairman Xi said the same thing.

He gave lip service, like Putin, to climate change and carbon neutrality, focusing instead on pollution and sustainability.

Together they basically told the WEF to stuff the Great Reset back into the hole in which it was conceived.

I’ve followed Putin closely for nearly a decade now. I got the feeling that if he was speaking to a college-level political science class and not a convocation of some of the most powerful people in the world he would been laughed in their faces.

But, unfortunately, he understands better than any of us having been the object of their aggression for so long, he had to treat them seriously as their grasp of reality and connectedness to the people they ruled was nearly severed.

At the end of his planned remarks, Klaus Schwab asked Putin about Russia’s troubled relationship with Europe and could it be fixed. Putin pulled no punches.

If we can rise above these problems of the past and get rid of these phobias, then we will certainly enjoy a positive stage in our relations.
We are ready for this, we want this, and we will strive to make this happen. But love is impossible if it is declared only by one side. It must be mutual.

I don’t get the sense from anything I’ve seen from the Biden Administration or the European Commission in Brussels that anyone heard a word he said.
