It required a great power, a mighty influence, to free the thinking and living of the Western peoples from the withering grasp of a totalitarian ecclesiastical domination. Secularism did break the bonds of church control, and now in turn it threatens to establish a new and godless type of mastery over the hearts and minds of modern man. The tyrannical and dictatorial political state is the direct offspring of scientific materialism and philosophic secularism. Secularism no sooner frees man from the domination of the institutionalized church than it sells him into slavish bondage to the totalitarian state. Secularism frees man from ecclesiastical slavery only to betray him into the tyranny of political and economic slavery. [195:8.4]

We know that Machiventa was the ‘mighty influence’ referred to above. I wonder if he would return to free the world from GLOBAL political tyranny and economic slavery? The thing is, if he is to wait his turn [and I can’t see that Michael would arbitrarily change the sequence of Planetary Governors] then he wouldn’t be due for another 500 years or so, which is a tad disappointing – no disrespect intended to the current Governors!

The Revelators continue:

Materialism denies God, secularism simply ignores him; at least that was the earlier attitude. More recently, secularism has assumed a more militant attitude, assuming to take the place of the religion whose totalitarian bondage it onetime resisted. Twentieth-century secularism tends to affirm that man does not need God. But beware! this godless philosophy of human society will lead only to unrest, animosity, unhappiness, war, and world-wide disaster. [195:8.5]

Although Jesus referred one phase of the kingdom to the future and did, on numerous occasions, intimate that such an event might appear as a part of a world crisis. [170:4.15]

I think that it is fair to say that we are witnessing the beginnings of the first man-made disaster of truly global proportions. The Melchizedeks are the Emergency Sons, always first on the scene to help salvage wayward planets from catastrophe. There certainly is room for speculation that such a global disaster, as we now face, could be sufficient to merit the attention of the Melchizedeks, and if they were to send any then why not the vice-gerent himself?

And when the kingdom shall have come to its full fruition, be assured that the Father in heaven will not fail to visit you with an enlarged revelation of truth and an enhanced demonstration of righteousness. [176:2.3]

I think we can all agree that the first part of the excerpt above as being the FER itself but the second element has not yet occurred and it would seem that this will be a response to the growing crisis. 195:9.3 ”times of great testing and threatened defeat are always times of great revelation.”

The Publication Mandate also speaks of how the book was sent ahead of time to be in readiness for the age following the global ideological struggle, when the world would [at last] be made safe for the teachings of Jesus. Implying that we live in a time in which it is not safe to be a believer and follower of Jesus. The next age, the so-called spiritual age, in which people will be striving for a quality of thought

We can see now that western civilisations have crumbled as a result of the leftist efforts at ideological subversion and this collapse will give birth to a global political tyranny that will weaponise economics and reduce the general population to economic slavery. It seems we need to “get out” before this all goes tits up. We are taught:

… an ideal society cannot be realized when either the weak or the wicked lie in wait to take unfair and unholy advantage of those who are chiefly actuated by devotion to the service of truth, beauty, and goodness. In such a situation only one course is practical: The "golden rulers" may establish a progressive society in which they live according to their ideals while maintaining an adequate defense against their benighted fellows who might seek either to exploit their pacific predilections or to destroy their advancing civilization.[71:4.16]

It seems to me that unless we ‘pull out’ we will sink along with it. But how do we withdraw? How do we establish a more progressive society?

The hope of modern Christianity is that it should cease to sponsor the social systems and industrial policies of Western civilization while it humbly bows itself before the cross it so valiantly extols, there to learn anew from Jesus of Nazareth the greatest truths mortal man can ever hear—the living gospel of the fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of man. [195:10.21]

The answer is there: cease to sponsor the social systems and industrial policies of Western civilization. This would imply that we should sponsor something better.

The revelators tell us: If the Christian church would only dare to espouse the Master's program, thousands of apparently indifferent youths would rush forward to enlist in such a spiritual undertaking, and they would not hesitate to go all the way through with this great adventure. [195:10.10]

How many times have people asked what is the Master’s Program? What does he prescribe?

The answer is there: cease to sponsor the social systems and industrial policies of Western civilization, establish a better social contract which exalts the Great Father, Family, and Fatherland, that promotes justice and eschews corruption, that fosters and protects freedom of thought and expression, and honours self-service.

In order to do this, we need a community of spiritual people who: “delight in bearing one another's burdens; [who] actually desire to practice the golden rule.” Who willingly and abundantly know how to bear the fruits of the spirit.

What could be meant by the “enhanced demonstration of righteousness” except a community who define themselves as distinct from the spiritually bankrupt elements of the western democracies, who reject “social system, the industrial life, and the moral standards of Western civilization” and who are dedicated to putting idealism back into science, principles into politics, exalt the pursuit of a noble character rather than the acquisition of mere knowledge, of imbuing industry with morality, that exalt service over selfishness, vilify wealth without work. A community dedicated to enabling others to achieve a ‘quality of thinking’ – which the current global struggles show us is running at a catastrophic low! The revelation teaches us that: At first life was a struggle for existence; now, for a standard of living; next it will be for quality of thinking, the coming earthly goal of human existence. [81:6.28] This community must surely be invested in facilitating this?

If Christianity could only grasp more of Jesus' teachings, it could do so much more in helping modern man to solve his new and increasingly complex problems. [195:10.19]

Between the glorification of service motives, the supernal allure of the ideals of perfection, and the enhancement of thinking I think we can see a way out.

Of course, they do teach that: Idealism can never survive on an evolving planet if the idealists in each generation permit themselves to be exterminated by the baser orders of humanity. And here is the great test of idealism: Can an advanced society maintain that military preparedness which renders it secure from all attack by its war-loving neighbors without yielding to the temptation to employ this military strength in offensive operations against other peoples for purposes of selfish gain or national aggrandizement? National survival demands preparedness, and religious idealism alone can prevent the prostitution of preparedness into aggression. Only love, brotherhood, can prevent the strong from oppressing the weak. [71:4.17]

It seems we need an Ark, an Exodus, or some other device that will allow us to come together and take shelter from the catastrophic cultural collapse that seems likely to befall the world.

You have to wonder what they really mean by “an ENHANCED demonstration of righteousness.” I imagine they could mean something like: the demonstration, by a collective, of a righteousness that has been enhanced through cosmic insight, revelation, and faith. This righteousness would have to be displayed by a community and be highly distinct from the trends of the dominant culture. Of course, it could mean something entirely different, for example, it could mean a demonstration of righteousness on the part of our divine overseers – maybe the hosts of heaven intervening to save the ‘elect’ [highly unlikely] or depose the wicked.

I thought it might be worth reflecting on a few of the times that the words enhance, enhanced, and enhancement are used:

194:3:3 (2063.1) The religion of Jesus provides the joy and peace of another and spiritual existence to enhance and ennoble the life which men now live in the flesh.

195:10:1 (2084.1) Jesus’ disciples should be more than conquerors, even overflowing sources of inspiration and enhanced living to all men.

196:3:27 (2096.3) Religion provides for the enhancement, glorification, and assured survival of everything morality recognizes and approves.

180:5:12 (1951.1) The old religion taught self-sacrifice; the new religion teaches only self-forgetfulness, enhanced self-realization in conjoined social service and universe comprehension.

181:2:19 (1959.3) Dedicate your lives to the enhancement of commonplace toil.

170:3:9 (1862.6) He taught that the religion of the kingdom is a genuine personal experience which no man can contain within himself; that the consciousness of being a member of the family of believers leads inevitably to the practice of the precepts of the family conduct, the service of one’s brothers and sisters in the effort to enhance and enlarge the brotherhood.

140:4:5 (1572.5) We are admonished to let our light so shine that our fellows will be guided into new and godly paths of enhanced living.

I would also like to point out this statement, which is repeated many times throughout the text:

71:3:7 (803.7) The laws of the ideal state are few in number, and they have passed out of the negativistic taboo age into the era of the positive progress of individual liberty consequent upon enhanced self-control.

Enhanced self-control is a significant theme throughout the revelation and is highlighted as a key feature of the ‘next age’. One has to wonder if there is a correlation between ‘enhanced demonstration of righteousness’ and these phrases littered throughout the text in which true religion enhances all key values.

These elements aside, I would like to offer this passage for your consideration – which lends some credence to the concept of divine intervention:

166:3.4 (1829.1) “But herein is the danger to all who would postpone their entrance into the kingdom while they continue to pursue the pleasures of immaturity and indulge the satisfactions of selfishness: Having refused to enter the kingdom as a spiritual experience, they may subsequently seek entrance thereto when the glory of the better way becomes revealed in the age to come. And when, therefore, those who spurned the kingdom when I came in the likeness of humanity seek to find an entrance when it is revealed in the likeness of divinity, then will I say to all such selfish ones: I know not whence you are. You had your chance to prepare for this heavenly citizenship, but you refused all such proffers of mercy; you rejected all invitations to come while the door was open. Now, to you who have refused salvation, the door is shut. This door is not open to those who would enter the kingdom for selfish glory. Salvation is not for those who are unwilling to pay the price of wholehearted dedication to doing my Father’s will. When in spirit and soul you have turned your backs upon the Father’s kingdom, it is useless in mind and body to stand before this door and knock, saying, ‘Lord, open to us; we would also be great in the kingdom.’ Then will I declare that you are not of my fold. I will not receive you to be among those who have fought the good fight of faith and won the reward of unselfish service in the kingdom on earth. And when you say, ‘Did we not eat and drink with you, and did you not teach in our streets?’ then shall I again declare that you are spiritual strangers; that we were not fellow servants in the Father’s ministry of mercy on earth; that I do not know you; and then shall the Judge of all the earth say to you: ‘Depart from us, all you who have taken delight in the works of iniquity.’

This passage seems to suggest the Kingdom being revealed to the world unexpectedly, and implies a divine order being established in the midst of regular affairs on earth. Further, this image implies some kind of judgement and rejection of the selfish and self-righteous [a Magisterial Mission perhaps], specifically the religious orders, in that it depicts individuals looking to come forward to offer their services and expecting recognition for the same only to be rejected and condemned. It specifically says that “you had your chance to prepare for this Heavenly citizenship”. Jesus here seems to suggest two periods, an initial phase in which the Kingdom is revealed in the likeness of humanity and a following age [after the first phase will have come to its ‘full fruition’] when the kingdom will be revealed in glory.

The event they are speaking of here cannot be the inauguration of the Age of Life and Light. That would be an expected event, one which the whole world would be prepared for and ready to celebrate - as it would come at the end of the age of the Trinity Teacher Sons and signalise the final victory of good over evil. The event being alluded to here must necessarily precede the age of Light and Life because the wicked are still active in the world. In light of this, I can point to a great many of the ‘unexpected visit’ parables to which Jesus often referred. These correlations would suggest our unseen celestial brethren will at some point take decisive action to reveal themselves and in some manner reassert control over planetary affairs or, at the very least, interpose a visible ruler through which our connection with the divine administration can be resumed and that final authority during such an event could be invested in a Magisterial Son. However, such an idea is also in keeping with the one put forward by Jesus in which the Melchizedek Messiah steps forward to assume planetary responsibility.

However, a couple of things make me pause for thought: 176:2:6 (1915.3) “Likewise, when the world has passed through the long winter of material-mindedness and you discern the coming of the spiritual springtime of a new dispensation, should you know that the summertime of a new visitation draws near.” And also the following: “195:6:4 (2076.9) At the time of this writing the worst of the materialistic age is over; the day of a better understanding is already beginning to dawn. The higher minds of the scientific world are no longer wholly materialistic in their philosophy, but the rank and file of the people still lean in that direction as a result of former teachings.”

These statements seem like they should correlate with one another, and also with the statements regarding the disastrous outcomes of secular totalitarianism. While the world has definitely improved economically over the last 60 year I am not at all convinced that this momentum can be maintained; life and culture are subject to radical reversals and current actions by those in authority are such as will reduce the world to slavery as a result of the fact that the general quality of thinking is so poor. Personally, I find it hard to accept that the ‘worst of the materialistic age is over’ but, of course, the writers are looking at this from a very different perspective. During the 1930’s such a claim might have been tenable, when theologians, scientists, and philosophers could make headline news, but I ain’t feeling it in the 2020’s! It may be that the present materialism has just reached its apogee.

I guess the key takeaways from this article are:

• The times of global political tyranny [evisceration of all fundamental rights and constitutions] and economic slavery [complete economic dependence on oligarchs] are upon us
• This should precipitate a global spiritual reaction
• This should manifest in either a new spiritual community evolving as a sort of cultural Ark through which we can weather the storm and/or divine intervention in the re-establishment of a visible ruler, possibly a Melchizedek but more likely a Magisterial Son

It was nice meeting with the Students of Palisa high Under the UB school outreach program on 15th March, 2021.

We had a service which involved praise and worship. starting  at 10: 00am to 5: 00am. they were blessed to sit for their examinations.

Right now, a second Nuremberg tribunal that is in preparation, with a class action lawsuit being set up under the aegis of thousands of lawyers worldwide behind the American-German lawyer Reiner Fuellmich, who is prosecuting those responsible for the Covid-19 scandal manipulated by the Davos Forum.

In this respect, it is worth recalling that Reiner Fuellmich is the lawyer who succeeded in condemning the automobile giant Volkswagen in the case of the tampered catalytic converters. And it is this same lawyer who succeeded in condemning Deutsche Bank as a criminal enterprise.

According to Reiner Fuellmich, all the frauds committed by German companies are derisory compared to the damage that the Covid-19 crisis has caused and continues to cause. This Covid-19 crisis should be renamed the "Covid-19 Scandal" and all those responsible should be prosecuted for civil damages due to manipulations and falsified test protocols. Therefore, an international network of business lawyers will plead the biggest tort case of all time, the Covid-19 fraud scandal, which has meanwhile turned into the biggest crime against humanity ever committed.

A Covid-19 commission of enquiry has been set up on the initiative of a group of German lawyers with the aim of bringing an international class action lawsuit using Anglo-Saxon law.  Here is the summarized translation of the last communication of Dr. Fuellmich of 15/02/2021

"The hearings of around 100 internationally renowned scientists, doctors, economists and lawyers, which have been conducted by the Berlin Commission of Inquiry into the Covid-19 affair since 10.07.2020, have in the meantime shown with a probability close to certainty that the Covid- 19 scandal was at no time a health issue.  Rather, it was about solidifying the illegitimate power (illegitimate because it was obtained by criminal methods) of the corrupt "Davos clique" by transferring the wealth of the people to the members of the Davos clique, destroying, among other things, small and medium-sized enterprises in particular. Platforms such as Amazon, Google, Uber, etc. could thus appropriate their market share and wealth."

Status of the Covid-19 Committee investigation

a. Covid-19 as a diversionary tactic by corporate and political "elites" in order to shift market share and wealth from small and medium enterprises to global platforms such as Amazon, Google, Uber, etc.

b. Contribution of the Audiovisual Tax to the reconstruction of a new media landscape that offers truly independent information

c. Making regional agricultural structures secure

d. Making a secure regional currency to prevent a new currency from coming "from above" to be allocated in the event of good behaviour.

Actions for annulment of the approval of a vaccination, filed against the European Commission, trial in New York of the status of PCR tests, German trials, Canadian trials, Australian trials, Austrian trials, trials at the International Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.

"We have seen what has been confirmed time and time again: the degree of danger posed by the virus is about the same as that of seasonal flu, regardless of whether it is a new virus (wholly or partially manufactured) or whether we are simply dealing with a flu renamed "Covid-19 pandemic". In the meantime, Drosten's PCR tests cannot even tell us anything about contagious infections. To make matters worse, the health and economic damage caused by anti-covid measures has been so devastating that we have to speak of a level of destruction that is historically unique. »

"The fact that health has never been an issue is particularly obvious, except that injections of genetically experimental substances disguised as "vaccinations" are now cauing serious damage, including fatal consequences, on a mass scale. The world population has been used as guinea pigs for these experimental gene injections both gradually and extremely rapidly. In order to plunge the population into panic, dangerous and harmful containment measures (even according to the WHO) of compulsory, unnecessary and dangerous mask-wearing and social distancing, unnecessary and counterproductive, were introduced. The population was thus "ready" for the injections."

"In the meantime, more and more people, not just lawyers - and rightly so - are demanding, in addition to an immediate end to these murderous measures, a judicial review by a truly independent international tribunal on the model of the Nuremberg trials. In addition, an interview with a whistleblower at a Berlin nursing home shows that out of 31 people vaccinated there, some of them by force, in the presence of Bundeswehr soldiers, and who tested negative before the vaccination, 8 have now died and 11 are subject to serious side effects."  Extraordinary meeting of the Berlin Covid Committee Wednesday 17/02/2021

"In this context, an extraordinary meeting of the Berlin Covid Committee will take place on Wednesday 17.02.2021, live and with many guests participating via Zoom.

From 14:00 onwards, the state of play will be summarised. In addition, it will be discussed how the contributions from the Audiovisual Licence Fee Tax can be kept and used for the reconstruction of a new media landscape that truly serves freedom of expression, and how the contributions already paid for the senseless propaganda of the last 11 months can be recovered through a formal notice.

There will be contributions and discussions on how the food supply can be secured, in particular by strengthening regional agriculture; but also by creating regional currencies, if necessary with the return of the EU to the EEC, on how to ensure that the policy of the "Davos clique", based on printing money out of nothing, can be stopped and a return to stable currencies can be achieved.

Above all, experts will explain how it could happen that we find ourselves in this blackmail situation unimaginable even a year ago.

In the second part of the session, starting at 7 p.m., world-renowned and high-level personalities will comment on the state of current international legal disputes, including the various collective actions, as summarised above. But it will also be discussed how the main perpetrators, in particular political perpetrators, of the crimes against humanity committed here can and must be held accountable under civil and criminal law in the framework of a new International Court of Justice to be established in accordance with the guidelines of the Nuremberg trials with international distribution."

Commentary :

To fully understand what is at stake with this new Nuremberg tribunal to judge the biggest tort case of all time, it is by pulling the thread of Dr. Drosten's lie for falsifying the PCR testing protocol on behalf of the Davos clique, that everything will come to pass:  the sponsors of the financial oligarchy, Klaus Schwab, the great architect of this gigantic hostage-taking, the politicians at the head of the EU, the armed arm of the execution of Drosten's and WHO directives that led all Western governments yesterday to take the devastating decisions of containment, curfews, compulsory mask-wearing and social distancing, and today of lethal vaccines for the oldest among us.

"It is these truths that will bring down the masks of those responsible for the crimes committed. To the politicians who have had faith in these corrupt figures," says Dr. Fuellmich, "the facts presented here are the lifeline that will help them to set the record straight and begin the much- needed scientific debate to avoid going down with these criminal charlatans.

Secondly, in the light of this latest communication by Dr Fuellmich, two proposals from the extraordinary meeting of the Covid Committee in Berlin are of particular interest:

Firstly, the way in which the food supply can be secured, which seems somewhat surreal given the current situation. According to Klaus Schwab's planning for the Davos Forum, this is not the case.  He has predicted a break in the food chain from the end of the second half of 2021 (nouveau-monde.ca/fr/la-quatrieme-phase-de-schwab/).

Secondly, the creation of regional currencies. There, it is clear that the Covid Committee of Berlin already anticipates the world stock market crash which is coming and which the financial oligarchy of the Davos Forum intends to take advantage of to set up the European digital currency in the expectation of a world currency to create a Chinese-style social credit on which the middle class of all the peoples ruined by the closure of their businesses, small and medium-sized industries and enterprises, cultural and tourist industries, sports facilities, etc. will become dependent.

These two aspects alone of the hostage-taking 2.0 of which the Western world has been a victim for almost a year should logically be sufficiently motivating to make us understand definitively that we are faced with a "populicide" that only asks to crush us if we remain inert, arms dangling without doing anything.

This is why each of us should do everything we can now to ensure that this international legal coalition can become operational as soon as possible. Government Consigned Israeli Population to be Human Subjects in a Massive Experiment

BBC: “Israel bought large stocks of the [Covid-19] jab in exchange for acting as the world’s guinea pig.”

On November 18, 2020, Israel’s senior health officials were caught unprepared when Pfizer announced that its vaccine was “90% effective” (revised to 95%) against Covid-19.

They had ordered millions of vaccine doses from Moderna and AstraZeneca but none for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

How then, did Israel procure an estimated four to five million doses of the Pfizer vaccine in December 2020 – enough to vaccinate at least two million people?

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu sought to show that he singlehandedly saved the day; as did Donald Trump when he launched Operation Warp Speed, to accelerate the production and distribution of Covid-19 vaccines.

Both heads of state entered into secret contracts with vaccine manufacturers. Both failed to disclose to their constituents that the COVID-19 (mRNA) vaccines are experimental.

• The COVID-19 vaccine phase 3 clinical trials have not yet been completed. This is why both the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines have NOT been licensed by the FDA. Both vaccines received “Emergency Use Authorization” (EUA): “a mechanism to facilitate the availability and use of medical countermeasures…Under an EUA, FDA may allow the use of unapproved medical products.”^[i]
• The safety of these experimental vaccines has not been established during the frenzied pace of production and distribution. The sheer speed at which the vaccines were developed and tested precluded obtaining sufficient information about adverse side effects; in particular, serious, long term adverse effects.
• Furthermore, mRNA technology used in these vaccines is also experimental.^[ii] No other vaccines using this technology have been approved. The long-term risks are unknown.
• As of January 27, 2021, Johns Hopkins’ tracking system states that the infection fatality rate in the U.S. is 1.7%; in Israel it is 0.7%.^[iii]

According to the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as of Dec. 18, 2020 (just when mass vaccinations began), the adverse event rate following Covid-19 vaccination was 2.79%.^[iv]

This would indicate that the short-term risk of harm from the vaccine is far greater than the risk of dying from COVID-19.

• On December 10^th, at FDA’s advisory committee meeting to evaluate Pfizer’s vaccine for use under EUA, Dr. Kathrin Jansen, Pfizer’s lead representative, acknowledged that despite being vaccinated with Pfizer’s vaccine, monkeys became infected when they were exposed to the virus.^[v] Pfizer did not test whether vaccinated people could also become infected when exposed to the virus. It is, therefore, entirely possible that the Covid-19 vaccine is no defense against infection.
• On January 26 2021, the World Health Organization posted the latest news about the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine: What You Need to Know, in which the WHO confirmed lack of efficacy evidence: “We do not know whether the vaccine will prevent infection and protect against onward transmission. Immunity persists for several months, but the full duration is not yet known. These important questions are being studied.”^[vi]
• The acknowledged lack of evidence for the protective value of both of the mRNA vaccines refutes the widely publicized “90% -95% effectiveness” claims. The absence of evidence for the protective value of these vaccines eliminates the justification for exposure to the risks; and undermines the claimed need for these vaccines.

The high degree of panic generated by continuous, fear-generating claims about the virus, led public health officials to discard the precautionary principle in medicine – “First, do no harm”.

Despite serious uncertainty, officials proceeded full speed ahead, with mass vaccination.

It is astonishing that the government of Israel entrusted the health of the people to Pfizer; by entering into a secret contract that enrolled the Israeli population to become research subjects, without their knowledge or consent.

Under the contract, Real World Epidemiological EvidenceCollaboration Agreement,^[vii] the government signed a commitment to vaccinate the entire seven million adult population and to provide weekly data on its citizens during a 24-month surveillance follow-up study.

The government disregarded potentially serious medical risks from the experimental vaccine and risks to privacy.

Israel is considered an ideal place for a vast epidemiological study, encompassing 9.3 million people, because of its universal, state-sponsored healthcare system in which insurers maintain 40 years of digitized medical records, including vaccination records for each Israeli citizen.

This centralized system helped Israel administer more than 2 million doses of the vaccine in under a month. In exchange, Israel received priority delivery of millions of doses of the vaccines.

Netanyahu stated that the reason Israel received so many vaccine doses so quickly is that:

“Israel has committed to send Pfizer data and details especially gathered for them, including the consequences of the inoculations, side effects, efficacy, amount of time it takes to develop antibodies according to different types of population, age, gender, preexisting conditions etc. The agreement extensively details the various parameters that will be sent to Pfizer.”^[viii]

Former Prime Minister Ehud Barak pointed out that Pfizer is using the Israeli population as a “perfect testing ground” for its COVID-19 vaccine.

“This data is a treasure trove for Pfizer. It’s a huge asset to Pfizer, because it lets them show that when someone dies after being vaccinated – and people my age tend to die more often – he didn’t die because of the vaccine, but as a result of some background illness.”^[ix]

• Israeli citizens became the unwitting human subjects of a massive, unethical, unapproved, non-consensual human experiment. The public was not informed that (a) the vaccine is experimental; (b) the population was being used as human subjects for a two-year epidemiological study; the data is meant to be shared with foreign countries and journals;  the secrecy of the contract has led to strong suspicions that (c) their personal medical record – “a data treasure-trove” – would be shared with Pfizer

“In effect, Bibi [Netanyahu] has signed up his people, all seven million citizens aged 12 years and over, without our informed consent, to become the first country in its entirety to do human testing on a technology which has been, for many decades, attempted and failed in the laboratory…Our citizens must first and foremost define the discussion in order to accurately weigh the choices…[We] have been given little information at all and that includes complete opacity of data on the unfolding outcomes of adverse reactions currently taking place.”^[x] [Ilana Rachel Daniel, Arutz Sheva, Israel National News]

Pfizer seeks to obtain basic safety and efficacy information that it lacks, in order for its vaccine to be eligible for an FDA license. No vaccine has ever before been administered to millions of people without having met safety and efficacy requirements.

The following information must normally be obtained during controlled clinical trials prior to public distribution.

First, the company needs to demonstrate that the vaccine is effective in preventing infection when one is exposed to the virus.

Second, serious adverse effects need to be identified and their frequency and duration determined.

Third, the risk for specific populations, including children, pregnant women and the elderly need to be identified and weighed against the benefits.

Fourth, causes of deaths during the trial need to be documented.

On January 19, 2020, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported that over 12,400 Israelis who had been vaccinated tested positive for Covid – that’s 56.6% of the 189,000 vaccinated people.

Dr. Nachman Ash, Israel’s national pandemic coordinator, warned on Army Radio that:

“Many people have been infected between the first and second injections of the vaccine. The protective effect appears “lower than we thought [and] lower than [the data] presented by Pfizer.”

He warned that restrictions will continue longer than expected. “With COVID-19 mutations, third lockdown may not be Israel’s last.”

Should pregnant women be exposed to a controversial, experimental vaccine? 

The safety of the vaccine has not been adequately ascertained under Operation Warp Speed. It has never been tested in pregnant women.

On January 8^th the W.H.O. advised against vaccinating pregnant and breastfeeding women” “due to insufficient data, WHO does not recommend the vaccination of pregnant women at this time.”^[xi]

The C.D.C. issued conflicting advice:^[xii] The WHO came under pressure two days after the media reported the conflicting advice.^[xiii] Citing no new data, the WHO rescinded its cautionary guideline stating: “based on the data at hand, we don’t have any….reason to believe there are specific risks…”

However, the WHO continues to warn that data on Covid-19 vaccines and pregnancies is lacking, making safety assessments difficult.^[xiv]

Those who regard vaccines as a Holy Grail – throw caution to the wind. Have they forgotten the disastrous tragedies that followed when pregnant women were prescribed Thalidomide[xv] and Diethylistilbestrol (DES)?

Vaccine zealots disregard medicine’s precautionary “do no harm” principle before applying any invasive medical intervention. They blame the lack of data on the precaution against exposing expectant mothers to clinical trials.

Pfizer’s experiment in Israel will fill the gap. Dr. Ash has not only recommended the vaccine for pregnant women, he added pregnant Israeli women to the priority vaccination list.^[xvi]

“Biological Experiment”

• Pregnant Israeli women have not been informed that the vaccine is experimental. Neither are they aware that they are being consigned – like rabbits – in a massive medical experiment without their informed consent.

Pfizer, the company to whom the Prime Minister and officials of the Department of Health entrusted to test its experimental vaccine on the entire population of Israel, is an unscrupulous business corporation with an extensive Rap Sheet compiled by Corporate Research Project.^[xvii]

Pfizer’s track record is filled with cases in which it was accused of misleading regulators and the public about the safety of its products.

One of the most notorious cases of criminal human rights violations involved Pfizer’s unapproved clinical trial conducted in Nigeria.

Pfizer enrolled 200 children to test its new, experimental antibiotic drug Trovan, deceiving parents by falsely claiming that it was an approved therapy for meningitis.

In fact, Pfizer sought to obtain data so that their drug could get an FDA approval; a process that should have taken at least a whole year (or longer) was rushed through in six weeks — much like the testing process for its Covid-19 vaccine was rushed.

The Trovan trial resulted in the death of eleven children, and twelve others were left permanently disabled. Two years later the FDA warned that the drug could cause liver damage and death.

The mass vaccination experiment is being conducted in violation of Israel’s legal ethics requirements; namely, review and approval by the Institutional Review Board / Ethics (Helsinki) Committee.^[xviii]

The Helsinki Committee approval is required for any research study involving human subjects and is also required for any deal by the Israeli government that provides citizens’ data to other entities, especially if they are foreign.

A senior official of the Helsinki Committee confirmed the “clear, unequivocal and unambiguous evidence that the contract with Pfizer is a clinical study”:

“Reading the contract signed between the Israeli government and Pfizer, it is clear, unequivocal and unambiguous that this is a clinical study for all intents and purposes, and thus, it needed to be approved by the Helsinki Committee. And that’s what will be written in the Committee’s opinion:

‘There’s nothing wrong with clinical trials, on the contrary, but clinical trials (human trials) must get committee approval, and of course, from the people on whom the trial is being conducted, while giving the right to refuse to be part of the trial. These are very basic matters.‘”^[xix]

Senior Israel Democracy Institute attorney Dr. Tehila Schwartz-Altshuler described: the experiment in Calcalist: “This is the most extensive study of human beings in the 21st century.

• The experiment violates the Nuremberg Code;^[xx] the most important document in the history of medical research ethics standards. The foremost ethical principle of the Nuremberg Code is as relevant today as it was in 1947:  “The voluntary, informed consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.”
• Informed consent is “absolutely essential” because it affirms the human right of the individual to accept or reject. Informed consent stands as a moral/legal barrier to ensure that governments “Never Again” pervert medicine.
• “The right to refuse” a medical intervention is reaffirmed under the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights(2005) which states: “Any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information.”^[xxi]
• Medicine is not like a commodity; medical decisions are personal, requiring the weighing of benefits against risks. Medicine often involves life and death decisions. Without informed consent of the individual, medicine can be, and has been, weaponized. Under Operation Warp Speed, the dangerously abbreviated clinical trials were far too short to document the scope or severity of vaccine adverse effects.

Risks of greatest concern from the experimental mRNA vaccines are described clearly in detail here.^[xxii]

Both vaccines are made from messenger RNA and lipid nanoparticles containing polyethylene glycol (PEG). Scientists believe PEG poses a risk of anaphylaxis^[xxiii].

The risks include: severe allergic reactions, such as, anaphylaxis; systemic inflammatory response syndrome;^[xxiv]autoimmune disease;^[xxv] and antibody-dependent enhancement.

The latter is the focus of a recent peer reviewed report in the International Journal of Clinical Practice, by scientists from New York University and Tulane who warn that:

THE RISK OF ADE IN COVID‐19 VACCINES IS NON‐THEORETICAL AND COMPELLING

COVID‐19 vaccines designed to elicit neutralising antibodies may sensitise vaccine recipients to more severe disease than if they were not vaccinated.

The prior evidence that vaccine‐elicited, antibody‐dependent enhancement (ADE) of disease is likely to occur to some degree with COVID‐19 vaccines is vertically consistent from controlled SARS studies in primates to clinical observations in SARS and COVID‐19.

Thus, a finite, non‐theoretical risk is evident in the medical literature that vaccine candidates composed of the SARS‐CoV‐2 viral spike and eliciting anti‐SARS‐CoV‐2 antibodies, be they neutralising or not, place vaccinees at higher risk for more severe COVID‐19 disease when they encounter circulating viruses.

• Israel’s Health Ministry claims that it had obtained all required approvals; clearly this is not true.

The other major issue of concern is the violation of the right to PRIVACY.

The transfer of extensive, sensitive medical data to a multi-national foreign corporation exposes every Israeli citizen to extraordinary risks of harm. The most important commodity today is data. The transfer of its citizens’ medical data exposes the State of Israel to security risks.

Pfizer is one of the most unscrupulous business corporations whose court-adjudicated corrupt and illegal business practices includes numerous product safety violations, bribery in eight countries, and other crimes too numerous to be reviewed here.

A 27-year record of pharmaceutical company criminal and civil violations that led to settlements with U.S. state and federal government, was compiled by Public Citizen.^[xxvi] Pfizer has the dubious distinction of setting two records; Pfizer’s corrupt business practices resulted in the highest criminal fine in US history for $2.3 billion, and the largest civil fraud settlement of $1 billion.

This is the company to whom Prime Minister Netanyahu and Israel’s Department of Health entrusted with the data of its citizens’ personal medical records. That data contains a treasure trove of information that Pfizer might even sell to the highest bidder.

Attorney Tehila Schwartz-Altshuler of Israel Democracy Instituteexpressed serious concerns about the secret contractual provisions; which she strongly suspects, provide Pfizer with anonymized personal data of citizens’ medical records from which names, addresses and ID numbers are removed. However, she noted that:

“One of the crucial problems with the agreement is that although it acknowledges the need to preserve anonymity and privacy of Israelis, it does not outline steps to protect this principle…and there are loopholes, such as secondary uses of data. ”

“The problem is that technology today is so advanced that research has shown that even data that has been rendered anonymous can be “de-anonymized. [It is a] huge risk.”[xxvii]

Jonathan Klinger, a cyberlaw attorney and legal adviser for the Israeli Digital Rights Movement, a nonprofit group, agrees:  “we don’t really know what’s being shared. Even if aggregated or anonymous data is transferred, it could be re-identified. This is still a concern.”

“Bibi feels that my health data belongs to him. If you give someone else or give away my medical records — which are the most sensitive kind of data that someone can know about me — you need my permission. Why didn’t you ask for my permission? Treating this personal data as if it belongs to the government is “not ethically, not legally and not morally right.”” [TSA]

The Helsinki Ethics Committee has yet to issue its ruling about the experiment and the transmission of personal health data to Pfizer without the specific agreement of every individual person who is a de facto subject.
